I was there! [Hear that song at the end, Stephen Ross? That's the song that should be played after every Dolphins touchdown- and extra point- - not that version of Jimmy Buffett's "Fins" that you had Jimmy create. I cringe after every touchdown when I hear that song!!!]
I had just gotten out of Engineering College in '85 and had my first real job and could afford season tickets...I had them in '85 - '87...ahh those teams had some talent and with Danny and Shula you always had a chance...miss those days. As for Joe Robbie, never liked it...the stands were 50 yards from the field, we lost our home field advantage when we left the Orange Bowl...The new stadium under Ross should be better, I hear they fixed some of the bad designs required to play baseball there too.
The Orange Bowl was a special place. I'm from Miami but was too young to enjoy a game there. Still watched alot of games on tv after moving away. I've been to Joe Robbie once in 1998 for a Cubs vs Marlins game, it was ok.
