I used to chuckle 20 years ago when critics were trying to tear him apart. I knew he was intelligent. He is a man of his word, doesn’t just talk, he backs it up! Been to 7 of his concerts and i can honestly say they have been some of the best times in my life. It’s always a big backyard party with all walks of life and ages, never met a stranger at his concerts either. I’ve said it before and i will say it again, he has continued to progress music like Elvis did. He mixes all genres, plays all instruments, combines rap, hip hop, country and rock and roll. I knew everything about him when i learned he was raising his son. His son was never in the tabloids partying, getting dui’s etc. Instead his appears to be a kind, caring, intelligent human and father.
Interviewer: Is 2018 the craziest time ever?!?!?! 2019: No. It'll get worse.... 2020: That was nothin... Watch this... 2021: Now I'm old enough to drink.....
I grew up watching Walter Cronkite, Mike Wallace, Harry Reasoner, Dan Rather, Morley Safer, Barbara Walters, Ed Bradley, Andy Rooney, Paula Zahn, Connie Chung, Diane Sawyer (she has really changed), Charles Osgood, Bob Schieffer and Charles Kuralt. We never missed an episode of 60 Minutes when I was a kid and I'm 56 years old now. As a kid, I was a member of Walter Cronkite's fan club. My Mom saved every letter that he wrote to his fans. Sadly, they were destroyed in a flood about 20 years ago. Uncle Walter❤. The old school journalist is unfortunately no longer. Today's anchors on world new on the Big 3 networks I simply don't care for. I miss fact based investigative journalism without the personal bias of the journalist. There is too much personal opinion and personal feelings and very little fact anymore. In my opinion. ~ APRIL LIPKE

@@corrineanders6373 Dan, like Brian Williams at NBC, is a left leaning liberal elite who lied to his audience and in doing so lost all credibility. Dan can do a good interview and I enjoy his work at AXIS. That said, while he was with 60 Minutes, a lot of his interviews and so-called investigative work was edited to promote a particular political agenda, rather than just remaining neutral and reporting the news.
