I'm truly sorry if you have suffered injustice, prejudice or marginalization. As I don't know you or Dan personally I can only comment on what I have heard from him in interviews I have watched. As a 71 year old female I know a bit about being marginalized and all I can offer is my opinion that I do not get those vibes from him. I'm sorry that you do. Peace, love and blessings to you.
Dan is an awesome singer! He has so many covers it’s difficult to pick one! His Witcher covers are awesome as is his male covers of female singers. Bring Me To Life and Poker Face are just two that show his amazing vocal range. Whatever you choose…you’ll definitely enjoy. His breath control, range and vocal toolbox provides him with the ability to make this song into a whole different vibe than the original. I love that his rendition is a celebration of manhood while singing about a character who unwittingly tries to "make a man" out of a woman who will become the ultimate warrior. Dan uploaded his first audition video 10 years ago, & has kept it in his playlist so we can appreciate his improvement journey. We love Dan, not just for his humor & beauty & incredible voice, but also for his dedication to music. After his audition with DragonForce, he realized some vocal training might serve him well, so, fast foward and here we are picking our jaws up off the floor. (TBH, even 9 years ago he was incredible!).
Whenever you react to Dan Vasc's songs, you don't have to do anything to the screen or break up the videos from time to time, to prevent copyright problems. Every single video that you can find on his channel, can be used without ANY copyright problems, and he actually doesn't even care if you use them in other ways. Just give him credit. Dan is classically trained (mostly by his own efforts). He studies out the originals, and then he sets himself to surpass them, yet BE them. He's really one of a kind, in his approach and his results (which are all produced mostly by himself). Also, the more videos you review, the more subscribers you will build up very quickly. According to his videos, Dan has always love to sing, but he was not serious about it util he heard a metal singer - he decided he wanted to be able to do that. He trained - classically, etc.
Thanks for the reaction to Dan Vasc 👍. There are so many, actually all (cover) songs that Dan has done better or rather taken to the next level. E.g. by Lady Gaga "Poker Face" or the Witcher series "Burn Butcher Burn" or a little shallower by Ed Sheeran "I See Fire" or, or, or 😉. He also has his own band "Fearless" the album is called - Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom - just great ❤️

Dan's cover songs are actually cover up songs because they sound better than the original. Choose anything, you will always be amazed! Dan is an exceptional individual. Sometimes Dan talks to us. I have grouped many of these videos into the "Dan unplugged" playlist on my channel, it's in the second row to the right of center.

The great Vasc started as a metal singer and is a metal singer. He can sing anything and make it better than the original. He has become my favorite artist of all time. Best voice, range and absolutely gorgeous. You should check out his Amazing Grace cover.
I know this was a little while back, but if you haven't gotten around to it, you should check out the Disney movie Mulan. (That's what this song is from.) It's really good, and also it would help some of the more puzzling aspects of this song make sense. *LOL* This guy has done some AMAZING work! But it isn't all just metal. Among other things he's done an amazing cover of "Scarborough Faire" originally by Simon and Garfunkel that I think you'd appreciate.
The original in the film was Donnie Osmond so he had big shoes to fill. If you have seen the movie it’s a tad confusing with the other voice. I hope you watched Mulan it’s based on a young woman who disguised herself as a man and makes history Don’t want to ruin ending for anyone.

That's ok. The song is a Disney movie song sung by Donny Osmond ... so, yeah. Corny [and cringe] is part of the package, lol! I cant do the original, but, i do think Dan turned it into something far greater than the original. Personally my fav Dan covers tend to be the softer ballads, show tunes, and rock songs. If this is your first time hearing him, go browse Dan's channel... I'm sure you'll find more than one you will really like or love. 😊
