I love watching Dan perform, and the more I watch the more I pick up on some of the nuanced details of the performance. Dan's posture is always a giveaway to the energy and effort he puts into what he does. When he goes for that last big note you can see him tighten every muscle from his toes to his glutes in order to stabilise himself to push that note without pushing himself...it is fascinating to watch once it becomes clear that is what he is doing. As a choir member we were taught about the physiology of balance for singing but like everything else, as you grow older and stop doing what you used to do, you forget all the stuff you learned until you see someone as brilliant and damn near perfect as Daniel doing it all, seemingly with ease...he is like a swan, beautifully graceful and smooth above the water but feet going like the clappers under the surface... I could watch him all day, the often do. He deserves every accolade that comes his way, and honestly so does Victor, they are an incredible collaboration... and so very long may they be so 😁 🙃🐨🇦🇺
