Man when Taylor talks about dropping his girls off at school 😢. That got me. I needed to hear that I try to be as present as I can. It’s hard. But everyday I take my kids to school and yell their names one last time before they get into school and throw up a 🤟🏼 and they yell love you daddy back and give me a 🤟🏼 back. Gets me every time
1:42:08 I did a 3 day fast last weekend after I saw Dana's video.. actually ended up doing 85 hrs. I didn't know what to expect. It was tougher mentally than it was physically. Day 3 was easier than Day 1. Could've done another 1-2 days easily. Lost 6 lbs. Feel a lot better overall this week. I think I will start doing this twice a year now.
@@itscarmine I wanted black coffee, but I decided to do a true water fast and took a break from caffeine. I'll use black coffee next time. I ordered the Ultima electrolytes that Dana used during his fast, but I ended up just using pink himalayan salt with water for the 3 days.

Unless it’s broken or I need complex care for a disease or surgery…..my own health is on me and not a doctor. Just do my yearly wellness, yearly preventative, OBGYN, and blood work (labs), and I am good.
Dana has always been a giving man. Hes such a loving and compassionate human and would do anything for anyone, if they are a good person. Hes helped so many people in this world.

Man I love Dana White!!! I’ve been fighting with Peloton all week. I got rid of my peloton bike 10 months ago and canceled my membership and just noticed they’ve been charging me the whole time. I even got a new debit card and they were still able to charge me. Somehow they have some kind of electronic wallet on the bike that even if you get a new card they can charge you. Amazing that you guys won back Dana’s money so awesome and shows what kind of friends you guys are!

If there's 1 thing I know about business, you don't burn bridges if you need the money. Dana and Theo had that whole thing planned out with PELATON. That was not a spur of the moment conversation. If it was, it was bad business. It's good business that they had it planned out. That's why Theo wasn't freaking out. He made it look good though.
