My daughter passed away 3 years ago at the age of 27. This song accompanies me during my grief. She was born with a medical condition and was racing against destiny also. She is now free. Someday I wish I can have the blessing to hear you in concert. Keep filling our soul.

I had never heard of Dana Winner before I stumbled across this song on RU-vid. May I say there are people that "sing" songs and there are people that bring the music to life. Dana is the latter. Beautifully done. May God continue to richly bless you and your music Dana. Ik had nog nooit van Dana Winner gehoord voordat ik dit lied op RU-vid tegenkwam. Mag ik zeggen dat er mensen zijn die "zingen " liedjes en er zijn mensen die de muziek tot leven brengen. Dana is de laatste. Prachtig gedaan. Moge God u en uw muziek nog steeds rijkelijk zegenen, Dana. Ich hatte noch nie von Dana Winner gehört, bevor ich über diesen Song auf RU-vid stolperte. I'm truly sorry your loss, but my wish for you - and it's one without hope or agenda - is that you overcome the grief of losing one so dear to you and that, when your pain eventually subsides and after your last tear has fallen, you're left with many fond memories of a life spent loving your father and remembering how much he loved you also. Take care and be all you can in this life, as I believe most of our regrets in the end are the things we didn't do, or say, that would have made us infinitely better people for having said and done them.

I thought that EXACT SAME THING! DEBORAH! BUT it's the crew from- ??? and LISTENS TO they're prodishae's voice and finds out that their hopes and dreams were good enough and wanted to VOTE on her, but thought not or forgot, but it's a show where they decide if a person can sing! And judging her and she won... number 1! I hope I did not dissapoint you or upset you at all! And BOYHOWDY CAN SHE SING AFTER ALL! THEY HAD TEARS OF JOY, TEARS OF SEEING HER SUCCEED, AND GOT ON THEIR HANDS & KNEES WAS MY FAVORITE PART! ( my opinion was better than Witney Houston, but don't get me wrong, Wit's good too , and she knews it! During our lifetimes there are moments that we cherish and will never forget. Listening to Dana sing this song, for me, is one of those moments. Her small audience was in stunned disbelief and Dana was singing her heart out. You'll notice on this video Dana adds the word, "Yeah" twice. She could feel the magic in the room and so could we. Anyone who listens to this has to return to it over and over again, it is that special. Dana, I've listened to most everything you've recorded on you tube including Concerts, dancing in the square, Winter Olympics and on and on. I am from the USA and I know you have concentrated performing mostly in Europe and South Africa but I wonder if you have ever realized how popular you still are in my country? Be safe in these crazy times and if everyone acts responsibly we can get past this. We can always turn to you tube to listen to you and other artists touch our hearts and souls whenever we are searching for love.

Not only are you stunningly beautiful, but your voice has a rich, warm quality that few singers have. It brings tears to my eyes every time I watch this video. Not only is Dana stunningly beautiful, she has the most amazing voice I have ever heard. Also, every time I watch the video, I can't help but wonder who the people reacting to the song are, as there appears to be some connection.
