Dance The Bolero: After learning body position and steps of this smooth flowing dance, Jennifer took us deeper into the intricacies of the very cool pattern of the basic. The rise and fall is another ingredient of the basic that adds to the elegant flair of the dance. The rise and fall is from bending the knee on the first count then rising, without going up on toes. One thing to remember is the Bolero does not move in line of dance but claims a certain space on the floor and works with that. Thanks Jennifer for the high quality information!
