I absolutely loved the color and have been sooo curious about it! I'm also glad to see your review of Dance. I've been tempted to order, but see that the sides are extremely short. HI! you always look so cute! I love 17/101. I wish it was avaible on more wigs. The Wig Company used to have it on more wigs than Paula Young. I love your reviews. This Dance looks alittle shorter. Mine is more bob length. I also noticed that my new Ryan is different from my old Ryan. I guess if we want the same style we have to buy them at the same time! Have a great weekend!
I have some Dance wigs and I can tell you that the one you tried on had a bad case of box hair. Or may have even been defective. It doesn't look like the Dance wigs that I know. Thank you for reviewing the color. I have been curious to see that color for a long time.

Sandie this Dance use to be my go to wig ! I had her in Buttered toast, pecan Delight and nutmeg something! She was longer and much fuller when I got her over a year ago ! She is cute on you but so much more short and less hair no volume like the old Paula young Dance I knew ! Hugs Babs ❤

Love what you do to these wigs. I own 3 PY wigs. My circumference is 22 1/4. I wonder if this cap would be too tight. I need to know which PY wigs run just a tiny bit large. Thanks for modeling all of these. You make them look fabulous plus your pretty face helps.
I have found that the same wig can come either smaller OR larger and there is no consistency in knowing which wigs are going to be either of those choices! Although I will say that the VersaFiber collection tends to "consistently" run a little larger in the cap than any of the other PY collections. Have you tried them? I was surprised at how short this wig is. Based on catalog pics and measurements I thought there would be more hair! I LOVE the color though. Sadly it is not represented in a lot of wigs and probably looks different here because of the short, piecey layers. I think I once ordered it in a Jacqueline Smith wig (no longer remember which one) and it looked more light brown, more blended and less highlighted.
Hi Libby! Yes I was surprised to, and from what I’m hearing from other viewers, the wig that I am showing here is significantly shorter than what she used to be. I have no way of knowing if that’s a permanent change or a one off. But it does go to show that the quality is varying significantly and that is really sad to see. hopefully PY will take note of this and maybe take some steps towards controlling it a bit more! Sorry, but this definitely is NOT Dance! At least, not the old Dance. The old dance looked like the picture, longer, fuller, full of body. Not even close. I think they made a mistake on this one - looks nothing like it.

I have dance in pecan delight I get many compliments on it I flip up the back and don't flip up the sides just mess up a little and wear headband someday
This is an example of how Paula Young wigs can be so unpredictable. Return this one since it’s length doesn’t even match the description and better luck next time! You seem to usually get the really nice ones and I usually get these! Thanks for the fun review!
Hi Pebbles! If truth be told, I get quite a few more that are not good enough to do a video on and I return them and scrap the video. It's happened so much; about 50% of the time. I wish PY would get this part of their act together. Really makes me wonder if I'm doing my viewers a disservice. But when it turns out good, it's good. You just never know. I have been wearing Dance for years and love it and it styles very well. Much prettier than the way you are styling it. You are usually "spot on", but you missed the mark on this one. It is truly adorable and you, unfortunately, did not do it justice. Sorry, but true.
Hi Judy! I know that she is popular for a very good reason, and I thought I'd be lucky enough to be able do a better review with her. I think the wig I received might have been cut a little bit shorter, and I felt like there wasn't a whole lot I could do with her. But she's not the only one this has happened with. Well Coco, I have been watching you since the beginning, I have to say this is a FAIL! No fault of yours,you do a great job. Think you just didn’t have enough to work with on this gal. If this is the new DANCE, I think she needs to -- dance-- on out of the collection.
You're right, Lauren! I think that this particular girl that I got was a one-off and not representative of what Dance is supposed to be. I was genuinely disappointed with her, but tried to do my best. It just goes to show that any one of us can get a "blooper" when we order something we think is going to hit the jackpot, right?
