DANCE CHOREOGRAPHER REACTS - 권은비(KWON EUN BI) 'Glitch' Dance Practice + MV + DEMO 

I feel like love ran made this choreo thinking more "vogue old way" than "vogue femme" which is more popular and dramatic, powerful and fluid, while old way is more geometric and pose centric in its movement, but i do agree that eunbi sometimes feels more stiff than she should may be comparing it to the choreographer's version

I loved Love Ran's choreo from when I first saw it! Kwon Eunbi has some amazing solo tracks also so it's worth watching them just for the great songs and choreo. But I definitely sense the stiffness in her shoulders when you compare her movements to somebody like Chungha who did similar choreo by Love Ran.

Love ran's demo will be very difficult to perform as a soloist. Thats why they simplified it. She wont be able to sing at all if they didnt simplify. Eunbi is one of the best female dancers actually

Eun bi was in iz*one, which was a group made out of a competition show that was from 2018-2021, then started her solo career after that. This isn't her debut release but the first comeback. I wouldn't call iz*one exactly dance heavy, and she's pretty active in the wider entertainment sphere (tv, radio, an upcoming film) along with some songwriting credits. So I'm not sure how much time she's got to really explore various styles. While there's some stuff simplified for her in the choreo, I sort of feel that some of it was also simplified for some of the other dancers too. All that said, I like her stuff both musically and choreo..graphically? Is that a word? Its got a good energy and even though its simplified from the original it doesn't feel chopped down or awkward. I hope you continue to check her stuff out, its always fun to see you go over stuff pointing out a lot of smaller precision stuff that isn't something I have the knowledge to really catch or put words to. Looking now I see she just had a comeback a few hours ago too!

Eunbi was from Iz*one, Chaeyeon from want was also in this group along side Wonyoung and Yujin from IVE, Chaewon and Sakura from Le Sserafim!!!

Could she have lesser upper body movement to sing more consistently since she had to perform and sing at the same time?
