Does the three to four frames ahead rule apply to animating to a beat like how it's supposed to with dialogue? (if I'm understanding it correctly) I can only slow it down to 0.25 speed and it seems that the frames are ahead of the beat slightly in the hands and feet, but when you play it on normal speed it looks on beat. I'm asking because I recently saw a clip of Richard Williams talking about it in regards to animating dialogue, but I wasn't sure if I was comprehending what he was talking about.
