pam, i started your workouts about a year ago. and when i started, they were so hard i felt like a failure. now, i primarily do power lifting but occasionally, i come back and do a fun work out with you. thank you for carrying me through the darkness. i’ve lost 40 lbs since i started with you. anyone who is reading this, keep going. it gets better and then it gets fun.
Me too!!! I started with her workouts a year ago and lost 40lbs since! I have started weight training now since gyms have opened up but I still do her workouts ever so often. She’s gotten me to where I am today! 😭🤩
@@ch3mii_ To lose fat at your stomach, you have to lose weight in general - basic rule: *You cannot target fat lost* What I would recommend is to find a training plan you enjoy and that fits in your life. Pretty efficient are 4-5 trainings per week, with cardio to burn many calories and a bit of weight training to burn more calories when you are resting. Pamelas workouts are fun and I also recommend Caroline Girvan. Over time (and with the right diet! Calorie deficit is key), you will see changes on your body and stomach. I wish you good luck! :)
Sometimes, doing your workouts, especially dancing with you, overwhelms me with such extreme joy that I literally start crying cause my brain cannot handle it 😂 So much love and hugs to you, Pam x
Same! I love dancing so much and especially during the lockdown I wasn't able to go to my dance lessons so those videos made me sooo happy I had to shed a tear 😅

Hello Pamela, my ex boyfriend cheated on me almost ten months ago... I was bored as hell and felt sooo depressed with the situation, but these corona times helped me to work on myself. You motivated me to work hard, your videos are blessed with many tips and tricks that helped me to fix my form as well. In the process I took diet from Dietarize to further improve my meal planning. I lost 77lbs in ten months, and I am strongly motivated for more!!

Hab mich sehr über ein neues Tanzvideo diese Woche gefreut. Noch mehr habe ich mich über das letzte Lied gefreut, ich liebe Alane! Und dann kommt der Refrain und dann heißt die Tanzbewegung „happy africa“ und die Bewegungen erinnern stark an Affenarme … Und dann fängt dieses eklige Zwicken wieder an und meine Gedanken fangen an zu kreisen. Übertreib ich? Sie hat es ja sicher nicht böse gemeint! Und der Tanz ist ja sonst echt süß! Und trotzdem ist es schon wieder eine Verallgemeinerung dieses Risiken Kontinents und all der Menschen dort. Der afrikanische Tanz, die afrikanische Musik, die afrikanische Kultur…. Wer kann mir sagen was das sein soll? Ich frag mich einfach warum sowas immer noch sein muss und wieviel Verständnis und Geduld ich noch aufbringen muss. Was ich auf jeden Fall weiß ist, dass ich dieses eklige Gefühl jetzt noch ne ganze Weile mit rum tragen werden.
I think she just chose a generic dance move vaguely reminiscent of African tribal dancing, which is kinda silly, but I don't think she intended to be malicious or racist or culturally appropriate anything. The girl is not political. She's just doing workout routines, so let's just give her a break.
Stopped working out during covid and have started again a few weeks earlier with IF. It is NOT EASY! I had gotten so much better at workouts before and now I have to start from zero once again but here's to hardwork😌
Definitely a sweaty workout, but it goes by so fast and always puts me in a better mood. You can really feel Pam's joy radiating throughout the video and her fun energy is contagious. Hands down the most fun I've ever had exercising, and really gives you a boost of positivity and energy. Thanks Pam!
That "Throw it Away" during Young Right Now has become such a healing step for me...December was terrible, I hit a slump and didn't work out until really early January when I decided to try this one out again because I remembered loving it when it first came out. I started sobbing during that step; as I said, it felt very healing, metaphorical, as I tried to clear away the fog in my head. Thank you for this Pam, I think I don't need to tell you how much we all appreciate your work
God, that was something! One of the best energetic dances, mood and motivation appeared in a matter of seconds! Wow! After that, my bangs were all wet and sweaty! I hope that this training will appear as often as possible in the plans of the week! P.s. !!!DANCE LIKE NOBODY’S WATCHING!!!
I'm genuinely impressed. Before I did not think much of her except being pretty (yes I'm that shallow), however the way she dances shows a lot of dedication and practice and some serious dancing background. Thanks for teaching me your moves and putting a smile on my face.

I did a lot of workouts today and I’m sooo proud.. and honestly I wanted to quit before even starting one workout bc it was like a 20 min intense workout and I didn’t wanted to do it BUT I DID !!!!
