I never seen Carousel but I do love the song You’ll Never Walk Alone. I’m just here because Justin Peck is choreographing Steven Spielberg’s big screen remake of West Side Story!
Incredibly disappointing: Spielberg's decision to replace Jerome Robbins' choreography was foolish. Robbins and Bernstein collaborated to produce the music and dance that were fused into one thing that was larger than either. I can't blame Justin Peck. He did his best under unfortunate circumstances.
