Faith Cohen I know where you’re coming from, but I think Abby was questioning if Nia was really singing or if she was either lip syncing/singing along to a track (it sounded a bit echo-y). Because like we have seen, Abby isn’t all that supportive when it comes to Nia’s singing career.

It was not auto tuned, it was not lip synced, and th people claiming it is got no evidence, its only their opinion which can be wrong. It shows Nia is so good at singing live that people can't believe it. Actually big compliments to Nia!

I honestly think it's because in Abby's mind, Kalani was going to be her next big star and keep the famous ship going but I think it got to a point where even after all the praise and favouritism, Kalani wasn't able to fulfill whatever shoes Abby was trying to get her to fill. I remember when Kalani first came, Abby was all about her and it just slowly got to a point where Abby just wanted nothing to do with her -- and at that moment I think that's where Kalani started thinking the same thing.

I really used to think Abby was a racist and parts of me still do. She was always so horrible to Nia. Always. She always chooses someone else over her. Nia and Kendall had shoots for their videos. Abby chose Kendall. Nia as LaKreesha or whomever. She always gives her 'black' roles. Like Rosa Parks. It was beautiful but Ethnic. Abby always said she wanted Nia to do the 'Ethnic' roles but everyone else got pretty numbers. Its always been unfair

Behind the scenes, Nia was actually one of Abby's favorites if the THE favorite. If anything, it's the producers, as there's still only one black kid on season 8 and she's the stereotypical "sassy one". Lifetime really needs to get a handle on themselves.

Well the main reason for her playing Rosa Parks was because of her race but also because Abby saw she wanted the role and we tied for it. But if Abby gave the role to someone else, it would’ve been historically and socially inappropriate

Kendall and nia's voice dont really compliment when they sing together, nia's voice is wonderful but kendall's needs more improvement cause her voice shakes a little. Yes she might be nervous but, if she had a little more control on her voice with more emotion and feeling because thats what it takes to be a good singer, you should sing a song that can relate to you even if its just a little bit. In my opinion tho, nia kinda sounded better, she has more confidence and she has more control over her voice than kendall, nia know when to go high, low and she can do a run and she has more emotion while singing the song.

Nia was singing was beautifully and she sounded really good and it was really unfair how Abby looked at her like she didn’t care but when Kendall was up there she loved it and tbh Kendall wasn’t better than Nia. When Kendall was singing it didn’t sound that good but Abby nodded her head in approval which made me angry. She didn’t sound as good as Nia.

Let me just say that Nia... Must be HELLA talented she was the ONLY one to last from beginning to end of dance moms and can sing like no other! Honestly she’s probably the most talented on dance moms... Not only did she last all of dance moms but she and Holly put up with abby the entire time. Toxic is being on a show that makes you unhappy and let’s a child be bullied and put down. Staying on the show doesn’t mean she’s talented. She’s incredibly talented but imagine how much more she could have learnt if she was supported and encouraged as an individual instead of being told she isn’t good enough. Let’s be real here, they stayed on the show for the money. For a parent who is also an educator all I saw was her failing her daughter. If she lets that happen to her own kid what to the teachers at her school get away with
