Regarding The Frug: GiaNina must have come out of a time capsule for this number! She NAILED IT! Bob Fossee would be proud. Nice job Sarah. Brady was a real surprise, he actually danced into the floor very nicely.

@@julissaluna7630 Gianina came out first and had a special part with Brady at the beginning and also had a special part aside from that and a part in the center front, so I think she had the most special parts, but I did notice the special parts the others had too.

@@MandysLittleLife yes, truly if there was a lead it was Brady. Gianina and Lily had "solo" parts, but Lily stood out the most with the amazing lift and vertical standing split. The most eye catching part was not the "solo" moves, but the perfect unison between all the girls. They all did such an awesome job.

Fosse choreography is always so hard to nail, because he danced to his weaknesses (hat to cover his balding, feet turned in instead of out, etc) and created this revolutionary style, that you instantly think of when you think of any modern, jazzy musical theatre number. It was very well executed and I would love to see the ALDC do choreography inspired by Jerome Robbins and Michael Bennett as well

Anyone else noticed this season Lifetime stopped with the billion unnecessary cuts? There are still a few, but nothing overwhelming like earlier seasons where it interfered with the actual appearance of the dance. Finally!

I agree! I think Lily's facials were a bit over the top whereas Gia especially had the attitude and the dancing absolutely perfect! Lily is great at the front in some group dances but she doesn't need to be for EVERY single number

Even 4 years later, I still find this dance absolutely AMAZING!!!! All the dancers killed it. Lily especially SLAYED to me. Here’s something about every dancer that stood out to me Brady’s leaps were gorgeous, he looked like he was floating! GiaNina was just so outstanding and convincing! Paris caught on to the choreo so quick and I could see a lot of potential in her! Pressley’s facials were absolutely EVERYTHING Hannah really played the part Sarah was gorgeous and I didn’t see a single flaw in her dancing! Lily was so convincing and her dancing was flawless! All the dancers are phenomenal!

I loved that dance, it is one of favorites this season! I don‘t know why but I like this team better than the old one. I mean, season 1-4 were the best ones, but after that everything changed and seemed so fake. This is like a new season 1. Sarah and Gianina stood out to me in this dances. Sarah is really my favorite. She is amazing and I think, she should get more attention. But it seems like Abby likes her because she is actually always nice to her. She did not even yell at her for messing up a part in her Solo „America Sweatheart“ or when she does not place that high. What is a little annoying to me is that Lilly and Brady are like always the lead. I like them, Lilly was one of my favorites in the earlier seasons, and they are very good dancers but it always Looks the same, lifts and so on. There are 5 other dancers that should be shown, too. They are all so talented.

I literally agree with everything u said. Lilly and Brady are really good, but I feel like for certain styles there are other dancers who are better qualified to be the lead. I would love to see Brady do more partnering with the other girls, they don’t have to involve lifts.
