Cerys xoxo seems like she just wants to scare the dancers on the team and make it look like they could be replaced at any moment but the actual aldc dancers usually place higher in competitions so thats why they stay and the newbies leave

As a fellow studio hopper it's really true I spent so long thinking I hated dance because of horrible studios and I've left others as it was the only way I could improve myself

I think it's mainly because they probably also joined the competition team at each studio they went to, and so it shows disloyalty.

Fr, I play soccer and I was at 5 different clubs within the span of 5 years. The first club cut me the second year I went to try out so I went to a different one, that next club our team fell apart because our coach left so all the good players left as well, the next club I went to doesn’t even have a girls program anymore, and the last club I have stayed with for 3 years now
