@@mrStarInSky A large portion of them are failing. It's been a rather big controversy for Intel. I can't remember all of the details, but once the CPUs damage themselves it is irreversible and will likely only get worse. Of course I can't say for certain if this is the problem with your game crashing, but crashing was an early indicator for many. Definitely read up on it. Check if your motherboard manufacturer has released a BIOS update. And if necessary, reach out to where you bought the CPU and see if they will honor a replacement. Intel hasn't recalled the chips, but this should be covered under warranty.
