The fact that Eddie was 20, 21 when he came up with these approaches that had really not been done before, is the reason why we still talk about and admire his genius.

I remember learning this 30+ years ago. I still have my notebook with the hand written tab. Now I can relive those lessons through the man Marty! Awesome channel!

I think I missed the most about any being gone was watching him play guitar I just made you happy watching and listening to him

It's so sad that we're never going to hear his genius. Ever again. It's Prashant Halen song I ever heard I was 12 years old. I can still feel the excitement could I get the first time I heard it. And then I get a lump in my throat. He was blessed with a gift from God. He just made you feel good when he played. It's not a long journey from the Cradle to the Grave. We better all enjoy everyday we're given

Guitar Genius for sure !!!! EVH along with Nokie Edwards, Chet Atkins and a few select others really set the mold for guitar playing. Vito Bratta was another that was a complete guitar genius probably the best at what he did. This video is probably the best instructional video I've ever seen for this song !!!! Thank you so much.
