First, let's talk about this video.
This is DanceDanceRevolution 3rdMIX PLUS, emulated via MAME 0.217. Basically 3rdMIX for PS1, but Bumble Bee and Gimme Gimme Gimme have MANIAC charts. However, I felt this was an interesting group of songs not available in AC 3rdMIX, so why not?

So it's been about three years since I first started uploading videos. I originally started recording gameplay to show off portaudio in MAME (when it was a brand new feature). Since then, MAME has made great progress; -lowlatency switch and improved portaudio are on display in this video. I've also switched to a new laptop, and I'm very happy with how this first video turned out. You can expect more videos in the coming weeks. I'll be revisiting some of my first uploads to show off MAME's latency improvements (in other words, I'll hopefully play better), as well as sharing some of my favorite PS1 games.
