The girl you thought could be a foreigner is Huening Bahiyyih - She’s TXT Huening Kai’s sister. Yujin from CLC is also in this group (she’s the one you thought looked familiar at 8:11)

The entire group is super strong at dance overall, they have multiple high-level dancers and zero weak ones. They also have some really good choreographers working on their stuff, you should check out their stage performance of Mvsk from their debut showcase. Mvsk is a B-side, but the song and choreo are so good that many people (including me) think it should've been the title track. All in all, it's a stroooong debut.

The blonde rapper you like is Kim Dayeon! Not only she can rap, she can sing , dance and choreograph! And the girl who started "Its you ,and I ,lets start”is Shen Xiaoting.Shes a chinese! The girl who did the "one ,check it” part is Hikaru. We dont have official positions yet but shes basically an insane rapper and dancer. The pink hair girl is Kim Chaehyun,the main vocalist!

The blonde girl that has a big impresson on you is Dayeon and one of the(if not) the best dancer of the group. Most of the member you are pointing out are definitely the dancer stand outs in the group.

This group definitely have the strongest danceline in the 4th gen k-idols, got a good rap and vocals too. Hopefully when you finished the survival show you'd still enjoy and support the group since the show itself is full of drama, enjoyable but messy in terms of editings. Anyways *MVSK* is a must watch performance!

14:29 they’re creating planets. Their whole concept from GP999 has been around planets, but specifically they K from Kep1er is made out of two planets colliding. They start as one planet made out of you and I, which then divides into the two separate planets. In their rap part when they reveal each girl, each is from a different GP999 planet, a C, K and J girl respectively. They also make planets with their hands in the rap dance.

Definitely check out their b side MVSK! They performed this at their debut show (might be ok for YT as I have seen multiple reactions to it). I like WA DA DA very much, but MVSK might be my favorite song and performance. Enjoy the GP999 episodes!

Kep1er has one of the best dance line ever aside from ITZY. They have Dayeon, Hikaru, Xiaoting, Youngeun, Yujin and Yeseo. Wow, can’t wait for them to improve more of their skills. Love the reaction btw! ❤️

no surprise you noticed Chaehyun(the pink hair). She trained at SM for a while. This group in general is really well experienced given its a new group. Yujin was in CLC and Yeseo (the maknae) probably has the most experience just in the entertainment industry. She was a child actress as well as being in 2 child kpop groups

This is a really fun debut. I'm loving Xiaoting (first dancer in the beginning), CLC's Yujin, Chaeyun (pink hair) and Hikaru.

There's no official position yet but base on planet999 those you pointed out as main dancers were actually the strongest dancers in the show.

I'm so happy to see Chaeyeon debut in Kep1er..Chaehyun used to be one of the trainees from SM .. she was training together with aespa ..

So glad you appreciated the choreo! The MV shots really didn't do it justice (and at times it seemed like the MV may have been filmed too early in their production process since some formations still looked a bit rough compared to the live stages/dance practice). They've really got a great lineup of dancers with this group (you pointed out many of the top tier ones) so hoping for some even more interesting choreo from them in the future. If you're interested (and be wary of copyright since there's currently just a live stage) they have a b-side called MVSK with some nice choreo I'd love to see your commentary on! Very different vibe, showcases some of the other great dancers who get less spotlight in this song, and is a really enjoyable watch.

Love seeing you react to Kep1er! About a few things you mentioned in your reaction: ."is that the girl in the choker (from the MV)?" Yes, thats Youngeun, she has great energy and is known for being a strong all-rounder (though they all are). The blonde one in black pants you kept mentioning a lot is Dayeon. On Girls Planet she was often noticed for her dance and also choreographing abilities. The tall girl in all white you mentioned a few times is Xiaoting, she's a Chinese member who was also noticed for her dancing on Girls Planet and comes from a multi faceted dance background including international ballroom. Hope you had a good time watching and get to enjoy more Kep1er in the future.

Idk about anyone else but when Mashiro, xiao ting and Dayeon are doing the “running running round like something something” i feel like it’s a call back to gp999 with the 3 planets and since Dayeon is Korean, Mashiro is Japanese, and xiao ting is Chinese. It kinda makes sense to me. And then the “catch ya” is them coming together. Like how they did on the show

Some of the show's hi-lights in under 15 minutes: Hikaru's 11 million view "Burn Crush" performance that wowed everyone who witnessed it, Yujin's 7 minute English subtitled "Bubble Pop" performance that includes her CLC backstory, and Dayeon's 11 million view "Ice Cream" performance that she choreographed and led to many of the girls on her team advancing and rooting for her the rest of the show. Also, the 3 minute "Announcing the Final Lineup of Kep1er" vid of each of these girls finding out they were going to debut is nice.

There arent official positions yet but you did point out the 3 strongest dancers Dayeon: the one you really like in blonde. Shes an all rounder; can sing, rap, dance, choreograph. Has mostly hip hop training Xiaoting: the one in all white. She’s chinese and also an all rounder. Her movements are more elegant/smooth due to her extensive ballroom background. She’s won lots of international competitions in ballroom. Visual of the group Hikaru: the one who starts off the second verse. Shes japanese and shes only like 16 i think. She is also a great rapper. Hikaru is definitely very strong in dancing and at such a young age, its impressive. Great video, I became aware of certain elements of the choreo I didn't before, like the leg kicks to the alternate foot stomp "WA DA DA DA" part and also the thumping bass that is played throughout the song and how it is felt through the choreo! Always love dancers' insights on K-pop group songs esp. the choreos!

fun fact: xiaoting (the girl who sings the "it’s you and i let’s start" part) is a ballroom dancer. she has won over 50 domestic and foreign awards for ballroom dancing, and ranked 6th place globally in a british ballroom competition!

and they're creating a planet with their arms in the beginning (the "O" chorus is a throwback to the competition show song which was called O.O.O because there were 33 contestants from 3 different countries-or planets-hence the title of the show). they're actually named after a german astrologer Johannes Kepler (no joke). Planet is kind of their theme to an extreme level

All the circles they create throughout the choreo are planets I think. Girls Planet 999 really went with the space theme and they're sticking with it. So even in the MV the darker scenes you can see the planets in the background, and the telescope, and even the name Kep1er is from the astronomer Kepler. And I think someone said the girls are supposed to be aliens, not sure is that's canon or just fan theories. Anyway, there's the big circles at the start, and then when they sing the oh oh oh bit (a nod to the song O.O.O from the show too) they are making little circular movements with their thumbs like orbiting planets. 😊

Little warning on the girls planet series. All trainees are very very good and talented! But definitely warning on the evil editing of mnet on the trainees. Dont get too invested, cause a lot of them got eliminated 😭😭😭 (if only they can all debut) 🥺😭
