Thank you for your analysis. Out of all of Twice choreographies, I feel like this seems the hardest they ever done. Lots of floor work (highs and lows, kneeling) all while being super synchronized with each other. My eyes were on Momo. She makes it look so effortless (well actually all of them).
11:07 One thing I've been noticing in Twice Choreo since 'Fancy' (Because Twice members themselves pointed it out in their choreography), is during these kinds of moves, members at he front still need to face forward (For visuals) even though they are about to do a move that relies on members connecting together. In this 8 member version you can see that kind of action from Sana/Dahyun on the left. Dayhun stays facing forward and puts her hand out, and Sana has to grab it before they can continue. Dahyun relies entirely on Sana for this. In 'Fancy' this action was done by all members when they did a flower formation around Momo during Momo's first vocal section. Each member reached out one hand at a time and each was responsible for the member on their right. IDK who Twice's choreographer has been since Fancy, but it's been absolutely unmatched since then. Managing such a big group dance this well shows so much skill and attention to detail!
i’ve noticed this! it’s absolutely incredible how much trust they can put into each other and how spot on they can be for them to touch without even looking!
@@user-NY-Yang Agree. Most percentage of the award was fan vote though that's why they lost (and to think that the other group have bigger fandom). But still, I would give them BEST DANCE PERFORMANCE all the time!
tzuyu is from taiwan and in mandarin is pronounced close to how you’re pronouncing it “tsu-yur” but i think it’s koreans who pronounce it closer to “tzu-we”
If your talking about kiel tutin then yes he did choreo (with other choreographers i think) this and others. I believe you might talking about beyonce 7/11 dance video with girls from the royal family, which im sure he helped choreo for too with parris goebel .. i miss seeing him in the royal family !! Stay blessed
Totally agree with the dance influencing how you view a song. I'll pass over a lot on first listen, but then someone makes choreography to it, or I watch the dance practice and I can almost imagine the choreography and how it made me feel when watching the performance every time I listen to it again. Also, yes. grey sweats. thank you twice
Ugh this choreo is SO amazing they have been working so hard upping their choreo game and they are killing it 😩 they are so in sync and it's so satisfying and amazing. Yes we can count on them for that 😌 also I agree the sweats were also an amazing choice 👀😅
The first part of how you’ve been saying Tzuyu’s name is correct in mandarin. Her name can also be spelled Zi-yu by modern spelling. The yu sounds like (you-ee) if you say it fast like one syllable. In korean her name is Jjeuwi, (sounds like joo-we) which is why they say it sounds like chewy.
Twice is really good when it comes to choreography and synchronization. They are becoming better and better each time they come back. Jeongyon (correct my spelling if I'm wrong) is on hiatus because of her anxiety that is why she's not participating in the whole Eyes Wide Open promotions. P.S. Please react to GFRIEND's MAGO dance practice eye mask version. It is insane I swear😁😁😁
Lmao imagine if he reacted to studio choom version Even my jaw dropped during this version I think he'll fall of his chair he if already react like this to the dance practice
I love the like...slightly manic crush that you have for all of the girls lmao also love that you keep catching yourself like "pls be normal you're on camera"
thank you oppa. Twice used to be a kinda boring group with baby dances, but now they are pretty good! You made me see that they are top dance group now!
New subscriber! I mean I’m poor as hell but you making me want to get your patreon, after 1 video and I never even remotely think about getting annoying patreon
You should react to Alexa from ZB label! She's a Kpop soloist, an amazing dancer, and has 4 singles - Bomb, Do or Die, Villain, and Revolution in that order. The MVs follow a story line, and have insane production skills because her label produces most music videos in Korea. Her dancing is INSANE! You'd love her. 🥰🥰🥰 No professional has reacted to her or analyzed her dancing yet.
It is normal to consider them underdogs in dancing because their earlier songs doesnt require them to bust super complex moves but remember that they are from JYPE and no JYPE group is BAD at dancing. Theyve trained for several years and they have said before that they also feel like they cant show their full potentials in thier earlier songs since they trained for difficult dancing before debuting and havung to bust dances like TT or KK is kind of a downgrade towards their skills. This has also been the sentiment of Koreans about them when theyre rookies bcoz people knows that they are really good at dancing but their songs dont require it. Im so happy they can finally show off their trainee level of dancing
Can you please react to JO1 dance practice too? They are group formed by Produce 101 Japan in 2019. Some members didn't have experienced in dancing before joining produce, but now as group they are so in synchronize. In the group also they have professional backup dancer and dance teacher before.
You can pronounce Tzuyu that way all you want. Once is incredibly adamant about not making the distinction between how Koreans pronounce her name and how someone referring to her may. You're speaking English, you can pronounce it the way an English-speaking person saying a Chinese name would. Koreans are pronouncing her name that way because that's what it is in their language. Not to mention, they aren't actually saying Chewie. The difference in pronunciation between English and Korean is nearly the same as it would be between English and Chinese. So you'd be, in a third language, dumbing down a name from a second language, when the third language already pronounces it similarly enough to the first.
