Change for some people might be scary at first and as a gay man, I understand that as this for me is also new, but this is normal, And the world is so behind in times as this should have been happening years ago. I'm so overwhelmed and joyful that ITV is behind this and showing the world, it's perfectly normal. I'm 1 of millions of people who will watch this and it will brighten up their day to know it's ok to be yourself. Good job guys
It is only normal for gay people, for non gay people it is very strange and somehow not right, we will get used to it because we have had to accept it over many years but it has got to the stage now where it is the natural normal straight people that are starting to feel as though everything is about gay people.

Being gay in 2020 shouldn't be about straight people having to accept it, in 2020 its more like straight people being dicks and not making comments like yours. He was not moved by the performance, he was moved because it was two gay people performing. Be honest, they were pretty good but far from being the best but I think that they will win because of being gay and not because they are the best skaters.
I shed a tear.....this is absolutely amazing and I'm so happy this is happening on our televisions. I love these two and yeah I'm going to say it......they are my winners!!!
Us gay people as you say Chris honest are not taking over yet as there is still a lot of straight people around and there is need for more diversity because we are not going away
@@Nagrandalts yes people as well but on TV there seems to be always gay people on, it seems to be that there are more gay people than people as nature intended. and that is why I stated gay people.

Even ignoring the same-sex coupling, this was a very strong performance. It's boosted him up to second place among the bookies. Now, how long will it be before they force him to perform to "5, 6, 7, 8"? They had Brian doing "Mandy" in his first skate last year.
really good. nice fun skate.. H did well with Matt and they both did the performance with smiles. ...and hey I don't think its an issue that its two men. they are coming across as a brotherly pair. I understand people will see this differently. I don't see it as a gay thing.. I kinda wish in a way it wasn't about the label... yes its a same sex pairing and H is a proud gay man.. but I see it as anyone can skate with anyone now, without sideways looks... its about the performance ...and if two men are partners for this season.. or two women in the future... well that's totally ok.:) hope that H enjoys the experience. :)
I'm amazed theres only one homophobic comment here, the only thing I'm annoyed about is that I did ice skating for 4 years and in such a short amount of time this dudes already better than me.
I expect them to win because every gay person watching will vote for them and it is not because they are better skaters, it is because they are gay, just look at the delight on that ex rugby player in the audience and even John Barrowman. No, they will win because they are gay, they should have had a lesbian couple as well.
@@deanyates5869 didn`t they?I know one that probably did but it is not the judges that I am thinking about, the judges are pert of the reason that they are having same sex skating, it has bought a lot of publicity for the show and two of the judges are the show. I am not gay myself but I am also not anti gay, the gay thing has done a bit too far now, practically every show seems to have a gay person on it. We have been being educated that there are gay people for about forty years now, it is about time that the charge to gayness stopped.
