Crude translation is: "Other side, are you ready!?" - "Damn straight we are!!". (Not a very good translation) - But the point is, the different stands are pumping each other up, yelling at each other. If the other side does not respond strongly enough, you will hear a loud "BOOOOO!" from the initiating side. It's fucking wonderful :D
