Are you using one finger, or multiple to strike the reed? Love the speed and sound.

Thanks! I strike exclusively with my middle finger right around my top knuckle where I have a drumstick callous. The speed and patterns, that all comes from my 30 years of drumming and being able to improvise on the spot. So I can actually think ahead about how I want to shape my mouth one way after another. It came it came it came today I got a wonderful blue package It sounds wonderful and looks even better I am finding it take a bit of finesse to play it but I took it out and played with it until my lips tingled and my thumb hut More tomorrow

Hooray! That’s awesome!!! I’d been tracking it’s delivery and saw finally today it was delivered so I’ve been waiting to hear what you thought! Now I can upload some videos about it. It was a fun and special harp to make and I’m glad you like it. My advice is to just go slow, gentle, really get to feel and know the harp. And then you’ll find it becomes only natural to play it!
