Tom was an amazing host and many people watched because he was the host. I’m keeping my thoughts private as to why I think Tom is not there. Absolutely a big mistake. Well removing Tom is the beginning of the end of DWTS. I’m not watching and I never missed an episode. Again, bad move people bad move.

But he will get that time to bond with his son. And with all the covid stuff going on he would have to be apart from Nikki and the baby for safety reasons. Hopefully next season. If they invited Sharna back then he won't be to far behind.

@@cnmusgrove18 Nikki is totally for it if he wants to go back this year, she said he misses it and she misses seeing him dance there. Who knows, they may have changed their minds after their son was born but by the looks of the GMA tweet, he is likely coming back in some form.

@@ifeelpretty5790 like I said he could be part of the dance troupe like he has done in the past. They are gonna need dancers with britt and daniella promoted to Pros and witney and lindsey being out. I really hope to see Artem this season especially how crushed he was when they didn't invite him back last season. Who knows🙂 but if he decides to opt out its understandable. Im sure he is enjoying his new title as dad❤

Lindsay and Witney are both fairly deep into their pregnancies so they won't be in this season!

it wouldn’t surprise me if Liza Koshy, Sabrina Carpenter, or Lily Singh are on this season. Both Liza & Sabrina were on a netflix show with Jordan, who won with a Lindsay a few yrs ago. Lily on the other hand is a new talk show host who has broken barriers with her show.

It’s so that if a celeb gets COVID and then gives it to a pro or something and they have to be disqualified, the spouse won’t also contract COVID along with their contestant

I think Kaitlyn will get one of her two choices, she was rumored to originally be paired with Val in season 21 but then she was forced to back out and Tamar Braxton was switched from Artem to Val since Val was the reigning champ.

I feel like even if it wasn’t a result of blm it would have eventually happened anyway because of the new show runners. I mean look at what they did to sharna and artem. I’m glad she’s back this season but getting rid of the hosts especially Tom who was a staple of the show was a big no no

better secret no, hiring Tyra when she doesn’t have the best review as a host is definitely about race. All corporations have promised to include diversity. Abc is no different. However, with new producers of the show this was going to happen eventually with letting Tom and Erin go. Blm just gave them the opportunity.

Do you seriously think that it's just a coincidence that they fired two great hosts who just happen to be White and then replace them with a Black host who in all honesty isn't that good. Could still get diversity by having all three of them do the show together and Tom and Erin could help Tyra improve her skills as a host in the process. This reeks of racism and pressure from blm. When their ratings totally tank then they'll realize that they made a big mistake. I know I won't be the only one not watching because of Tom and Erin getting fired.
