I think its a shame that all these athletes of integrity have to compete alongside Tonya Harding. If she had any class, she would have found some kind of low-profile work to do long ago. Many professions do not involve being in the public eye, and though she has a right to get on with life, it should NOT be on television. The fact that she was chosen for DWTS is outrageous.
I am disappointed that the mirror ball will be rewarded to a contestant that only competed for four weeks instead of 12. All the winners that have gone before worked hard for those 12 weeks and felt the pain and exhaustion of doing it for that long and endured til the end to win. Four weeks seems like nothing in comparison. Also I am disappointed in general that DWTS 26th season is going to be so short.
As a red sox fan, I'm not sure what to think about Johny Damon being on the show. I kind of don't care, but it should be interesting. I Know the dwts producers love to stir up controversy though (ex: Tonya harding) Any other red sox fans have opinions on this?

If you visit any LGBT club - Do you know what what you will NOT see ?? Boy/Girl couples dancing together. And since there are obviously at least a few gay male dancers available... what is the point of having Adam Rippon "faking it" with a female partner, other than prudish hetero-intolerance ? n If that's the issue - start with Girl/Girl... how beautiful would that be - two partners both doing amazing lifts and spins.
I'm saying that if gay men can win medals, dance on tv and live together and get married - - why not let them dance on tv together ?? What "America is not ready" for it yet ?
You clearly don't know many gay men. There is no such thing as a trim, incredubly athletic, well-groomed, famous, very youthful looking man such as Rippon... who has trouble getting laid. impossible. He will get more action than you and me put together times a hundred.
Well I don’t think they have a gay dancer on the show and maybe the guys wouldn’t be comfortable. Besides it’s dancing and a little acting it’s not like they date their partner.
How does it make any sense for Adam Rippon to dance with a female partner when he is openly gay. The credible illusion of Sexual chemistry is an important part of all winning DWTS dance teams. He should be paired with a taller, openly gay male professional dancer - they would absolutely win the mirror ball. Zero doubt.
