It is that time of the year that dandelions are abundantly popping in North America. I have started trying to forage dandelions in 2018. I made different recipes auch as jelly, jam, teas and coffee. Now I am doing dandelion fritters. These are dandelion flowers covered with batter then fried in vegetable oil. Dandelions are one of the most nutritious wild plant I know which is ignored by many.
