I would recommend oiling his scalp for a few hours then apply a warm blow dryer to try and soften his flakes. He is losing hair and it should be easier lifting up his flakes. His poor scalp that must be so itchy 😢. They sell a sort of hair bonnet that you can connect the end of your blow dryer to and it will keep the warm air inside the bonnet to better allow the oil to penetrate the hard flakes .
Yes I just commented about him losing his hair but with the small teeth end of the comb it's ripping his hair out other channels say scrape it up with a small teeth end but comb it out with the bigger teeth end of the comb 🤷🏼
You put that into words very nicely. I also love the flakes, but the constant combing and combing and combing and combing of the flakes gets very frustrating before she actually combs out the flakes.
I love the hard flakes!! A couple pointers…. Try the other end of the comb that has stronger and more separated teeth. Also, hold the comb with your hand closer to the end you’re using to get the flakes. When you hold the comb on the far end, you have less force on the opposite end. It would probably be more comfortable for you as well. One last thing… try to start your comb on the edge of the flake rather than trying to get at it by chipping into its center. You get your comb kinda under the flake and work on it that way. I think you’ll notice how many more flakes you can get up. I look so forward to your videos! I’m just trying to be helpful. You don’t need to take my advice. Just know you have a fan in me😊💗
I have watched this so many times! You’re doing a pretty good job on those hard flakes!! I absolutely love the sound too. I can’t wait for your next video!!
If you would've used your black comb you would've been able to remove more. The black comb is way more stronger than your white comb. Next time use your black comb for these types of flare ups you will get better results.
Hey! I loved your older videos with that black comb, you actually SCRATCHED the flakes patches off instead of snatching them from his scalp so agressively like that :(. The only problem at that time was that his scalp was really dry and needed to be oiled. I think you oiled it in this video, but the way you’re not scratching that dandruff out but combing it so harshly doesn’t look or sound good! Please, take that as an advice to improve!! And I’m sorry about my english, I’m Brazilian 😊. Also hope his scalp gets better and healthier! Sending love from Brazil
A Russian RU-vidr that has psoriasis, she oils her scalp, wraps it im assuming suran wrap, then puts a wool beany on her head. She lets it sit for 1-4 hours depending on how much time she has. She doesn't do it every time but she does when she has time. Her channel is Dendruff O Mania. When she takes the wrap off she uses s comb like yours usually and the flakes are soft and bendable. Her flakes are huge too. She talks about her process for removing the flakes and the meds shes on.
I'd get some Moroccan oil or even baby oil works let his scalp soak for a lil while before you do this. It sounds so dry and painful like it's damaging his scalp. The comb looks flimsy too I'd get a thick nice comb.
Lord Jesus Christ I pray for healing and Divine intervention 🙏 this looks painful get some fresh raw aloe for his scalp no matter what country your in its affordable and will soothe the scalp 😢my heart goes out to him,the comb and the scratcher😢my boyfriend died in 2022 he had scalp issues he was also tender headed 😭😭 he would of screamed no way if he saw me coming with a comb and his eyebrows 😢😢😢
That looks so painful and the small comb is pulling out hair. I love flakes. But perhaps a little oil to soften them would help with the raking and hair loss?
Yas!!!! Minute 2:34....that flake was everything!!! I dont think the people making negative comments understand how bad some patients flakes are. My niece had scalp psoriasis and not even a lice comb is lifting them suckers. I have tried a comb twice on her and its too painful (even after oiling her scalp). She prefers the tweezers
Stop with the barber combs for scratching. They are used by barbers for cutting hair. Use a full-size rat tail comb or a similar sturdy full-size plastic comb. You want to teeth to be long enough to get underneath the hair and to evenly scale the scalp. The barber teeth comb are too short and uneven.
Could you maybe please put just a little more oil.... before the next preemie video.... his scalp is too white.... but I'm just having conversations with you.... this is your channel, i will watch anyway.....
Try combing out the flakes with a wider tooth comb to keep the hair loss to a minimum. You do a great job and I’d also comb back instead of always to the front.
I have never done this before but you always ask the commenters if they have any ideas so I seen on another channel a black chick said don't use the small bristles to pull the hair it'll pull the hair out you got to use the bigger teeth side to comb it out of the hair. She said scrape it up with the small teeth but to comb it out use the bigger part
I wonder what would happen if you shaved his head??? Shaving it alone would not take it away I wouldn't think just curious as the doctor said what it is???
And see the way you part with the comb, his put oil on each line in his hair.... don't scratch.... then use a blow dryer to make the oil penetrate the flakes.....looking forward to your next video
Please clean his scalp better. You don't get it all off before you move somewhere else. You need to part and scratch, until you get all the flakes then move on
If she heated up some oil & oiled his scalp up REAL GOOD & wrap his head up and let it sit for an hour & then scratched his head she would’ve gotten ALL them flakes up & he would’ve lost less hair !
The way you hold the game is making it impossible to get more flakes off. You have very little control and power. It’s like if you tried to write by holding the pencil at the top. Hold the comb much closer to the end. You’ll be able to get a lot more off.
Some of us watch these videos because they're relaxing and it helps our anxieties.. That being said, I love your videos, but can you please comb to scalp scratch? Upward or downward. Please? Just once wed appreciate it. Thank you😁
Ok I mean this is not dandruff, this dude has plaque psoriasis on his scalp. If possible, I would visit a dermatologist. There are over-the-counter things with salicylic acid which helps. They can prescribe things like Cyclosporine, light therapy, and biologics to treat this permanently. Constantly scratching his scalp is temporary relief at best and could damage his scalp and his hair follicles in the long run.
If they are hard to get up adjust your hold of the comb. Don’t just hold the far end of the comb and try to lift. You need to hold the end closest to the scalp so it can better get under the flakes.
I agree. I just can't see anyone thinking they're actually 'scratching' the dandruff. The comb is wrong (flimsy), can not part the hair, waste too much time combing the hair. Keep trying. Maybe you'll get it-one day. I'm tired of looking at this. Good Luck.....
You have to work on your scratching technique it’s poor your playing with the flakes I suggest you watch some videos on scratching and lifting the flakes and combining them through and showing would really help your video’s
