1. 5 to 6 hibiscus flowers boil with some water then blend them and mix with warm coconut oil.Apply on scalp. 2.Fenugreek(methi seeds) with amla and curry leaves blended with yoghurt.Make a thick paste apply on scalp and leave it for sometime. 3.Lemon juice,honey and yoghurt. Other Back combing Hair pulling Don't oil your hair if you have dandruff Guys,I have just summarised the video.I don't know the answers to your questions.

Mai to kahi salo se Rusi se preshan tha.bohot sir khujata tha to bal bohot zadte the,iske liye maine kafi shampoo,gels,oils use kiye koi fark nhi dikha,fir bad me muze charvi hair solution and charvi capsule k bare me pata chala to maine amazone se mngvakr shuru kr diya.isse to mere dandruff 15 din me hi khatm hogaye or bal zadna bhi bnd hogaye,ab 2 se 3 month hogaye mai use kr raha hu,abhi t.o muze naye bal bhi aye, ye ayurvedic hai isee bohot achha result mila muze isse.... ££

I appreciate you and your wisdom. Having been lost in the new age for years though, which I believe includes bringing Hinduism to Christian countries, I have to say I don't believe vegetarianism or yoga has a place here.
