She is a little fireball. I absolutely love the fire and determination she has been showing in her recent performances. She is going to destroy the music industry with that voice of hers!
I know! One of the vloggers said the one word that I had overlooked, for so long and it was so simple of a word, yet is so true... "BOLD".. Her singing is, indeed bold... Powerful... A supernova... Another thing is that she CARES about the fans. Throughout all the hard times, this year, Daneliya has kept the fans in her thoughts, releasing tons of covers and even going as far as to coordinate with her local TV station to host an online concert. Regardless of anything else, I will always remember 2020 as the year that Daneliya took over the throne.
@@Scott_Diverscott She really is taking over the throne, by force. Her voice can simply not be denied. She amazes me more and more with every new song and interview. I really can't fathom how she can be this good at 14 years of age. It's simply mind blowing! I love too how she is just killing it after how AGT ended. That shows her character and fighting spirit. I can't wait for the other songs she's recorded to be released!

The lyrics are coincidentally relevant. There is a reason that the song is 1:45 in length. Daneliya confirmed, in the comments to the song, that she had prepared this song and this adaptation to perform on America's Got Talent and they ended up not using it.

@@HAP3SPEAKZ I honestly think Daneliya is perfectly fine with the outcome on the show. From all indications, she really didn't expect to get past the quarterfinal round. She seemed to be totally shocked to get to the semi-finals and the finals were an amazing moment for her. I think that she went into the show just like she did with The Voice Kids- expecting to learn from the experience, but not expecting a win. Arrogance and pride are not in her personality, while humility is at the core of it, so this theory holds true with that. Daneliya CERTAINLY learned a great deal and the daily marathon practice sessions that she did just helped her improve her technique by leaps and bounds. She seems to have gotten 5 years' worth of experience in just those 6 months.
I wonder if turning to one side, then to the middle, then to the other has something to do with the stereo effect. It is possible that the microphone could have multiple pick-ups and turning the head could shift the sound balance. Probably not the case, but it was an interesting thought. ALSO- Stay tuned. Daneliya's teaser clips on Instagram showed her in this studio session, yet she had different clothing on. We think she is releasing two additional covers from this session, in the very near future. She is also performing on TV with an orchestral group, for the New Year holiday (New Years is the big Kazakhstani holiday). Video from that will certainly be online from at least one source and possibly from dozens, immediately afterward. It's going to be an awesome season and Daneliya is charging full speed ahead.
Great reaction, as usual, HAP3SPEAKZ! My perceptions at this point, after over a year of studying how these three young Queens of GenZ music perform (Courtney Hadwin, Angelina Jordan, and DANELIYA, in age order), is that all three of them open a song like creating a new universe, pull us into it, tell us the story(-ies) they want to communicate, make us FEEL the story and their feelings, and then release us with that temporary universe bursting like a soap bubble, leaving us blinking and asking each other "What the ____ just HAPPENED?! How'd she DO THAT?!" They're clearly each in their own lane, yet I wonder, what if all three of them got together, maybe with Taylor Swift and Dimash, and did a bit of collaboration. Not sure this old world would survive if they did collab. ABSOLUTELY SMASHING. Each and every time. For DANELIYA and AJ, it's like they were born knowing how to sing. Ms. Courtney (COURTZ) has had to work a lot harder, IMHO, to figure out how to do what she wanted emulating her heroes James Brown, Tina Turner, Etta James, Mick Jagger, Janice Joplin, and so many more of the old greats from the 50's and 60's (and 70's...). But by the time she reached 14, I think Ms. Courtney had it all nailed down exceptionally well. Daneliya somehow was at that point with her own idols by 10yo. Angelina even earlier. Truly exceptional. All three of these amazing vocalists. I wonder what might happen if you put them all three together with an excellent mentor/coach like Mr. Keith Urban (and maybe his wife, too, for her experience with life as a famous and beautiful actress). Can you imagine a fortnight 'summer camp' retreat with these and other GenZ singers, songwriters, musicians and some couples like Keith and Nicole to mentor and teach, maybe with Billie Eilish and her big brother FINNEAS (and their amazing parents to mentor these girls parents) to augment the songwriting instruction (though Keith just was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame)? These three young ladies, at least, are in that same caliber of talent, IMHO. Hell, you could build a whole new label just with COURTZ, AJ, and DANELIYA. Between the three of them, they could cover pretty much all the genres if they so chose. VERSATILE. TALENTED. SMART. INDEPENDENT. AMAZING.
Hap, I saw Daneliya perform this on her channel that I subscribed to after you introduced me to her and from watching your reactions to her singing! I just love her voice, she’s so amazing with the diversity in her vocals! Yes Daneliya sounds as though she’s telling someone off, maybe AGT? She definitely a STAR on the rise! Daneliya sounds like a musical instrument with her voice. This girl is in a completely different calibre as anyone I have listened to or watched. She is on a different level. I have not watch the video yet on RU-vid,That would compare with this talent and sounds that come from her. She sings with silk in her voice and she’s like I said she is on a different level than everyone else even the pros.

Yeah, been noticing that side of Daneliya. I've always been saying something about the fire and subtle fierceness I sense inside her fighting to get out. She's a warrior but in a cute and charming way. Not wanting to imprison emotions pent up inside but allowing them to be released and relieve herself of the tension. Either she's that or she's just damn too good at acting the posture in order to transfer the emotions of the piece she is singing to her audience. Again, she is a very unusual being that one doesn't get to see or find anywhere just like that.
Hi Haps - Yes Daneliya is incredible. Now, I have a confession - When I introduced you to Daneliya, I wrote that Mama was her first music video. I thought so at the time, but have discovered that it is far from true, sorry. Her real first is Cosmos, which was recorded when she was 9 years old. It has the same high quality, and in it is her very young-looking mother, and a best friend, and they also dance. I really think you will enjoy, and I look forward to hearing your opinion on it. Hey haps I really like this cover .. she can bring it pretty much any way she feels is suitable for the song she performs,, pop.. blues. Jazz .. rapper.. r &b..ragee.. rock..and I know she could form a heavy metal band named DANELICA and they would be Bad Ass. .. I’m not even joking!!.. she’s killer!!💯♨️
This was going to be her AGT audition song, that's why it is pared down to what 1:45 mins. Daneliya went with the Faouzia song instead. I thought thjs was a spectacular song. What can't she do with a song?!! I will be waiting for your next one, patiently, patiently.
