Hey Arpad ! Delighted to read such articulate insights. No, I personnaly don't 'hate' you :) because I agree with you that Faouzia has the songwriting advantage by far. It's what helped her find her signature. But good songwriters that match in music style and vocal technique are difficult to find, hence I suggested she could find a trademark first so no matter the song she'd be given, it would still sound ''a daneliya song''. But yes, both strategies can work in theory. The reason I said she could grow like Faouzia is because when she goes into her low notes, even if it's not similar to Faouzia, there's just a uniqueness to it. If she were to exagerate that, own her lows, it'd become her signature. But then again, I might be wrong. Really thank you for this uncommon opinion. You know what? Your insight is bang on. I'm a big Daneliya fan. She's so talented and I believe it is just a matter of time before she is topping the charts. Her RU-vid channel just surpassed 100 million views. Pretty crazy! As for style, she has been experimenting with different styles and genres over the past year or so, so I think we are actually witnessing her going through the process of finding what works, and what doesn't. I also agree that she needs original songs that really showcase her vocals, as that is where she really shines. She is still only 15 years old though, and school has 1st priority at this time, so there is no rush. I'm just thankful that she releases covers pretty regularly so that I can enjoy her voice and see her continued progress.

I am a singer myself, and I have to say that her voice is unique in that it is effortlessly pure and smooth like no other voice I ever heard. Her register changes, runs, melismas and humming expertise are equally surreal (and are all trademarks of hers, especially in combination). After having explored her lower register for a while, she just started adding a new soul-seeking weapon to her repertoire: her heavenly falsetto (first expressed in her cover of "Runaway" and now in "The Hills"). So should she focus on developing her contralto as her main trademark? Maybe, but I think it's actually too early to tell (and don't forget her ability to combine pop with rap). I would suggest to let her explore her vocal abilities for a while, training on song recreations (since they are never just covers), before deciding where to go. I fully expect to get vocally surprised by her in ways I cannot even imagine 🧝♀️

I simply shared my thoughts on it so I'd get other opinions because I genuinely think she's one of those who ''have all tools to make it''. I personnally don't find the falsettos a trademark but then again, you can easily contradict me and say that it's her tone that makes that falsetto her trademark. Songwriting training might be indeed a good way to discover what exactly she's into. :) what do you sing by the way? but yes, I also have high expectations of her !
@@MissSaiko Well, here‘s the thing: I usually don’t listen to pop music that much, but Daneliya changed that drastically. I usually sing in Renaissance and other mixed vocal ensembles, so I‘m more trained in polyphonic music. It’s the richness of the harmonics of her falsetto that let it stand out for me, much as is needed in Renaissance or Baroque classic music (I sing countertenor, among other things, so I know a bit about producing harmonics using your falsetto). I sent Daneliya a RU-vid video of „Voces 8“, easily one of the best vocal groups in the world right now, and she was intrigued. I realize it‘s something completely different to sing with a microphone (I can’t do that), but I’m absolutely convinced Daneliya could sing acapella without a microphone effortlessly (she proved it to us Patreon members by doing an impro session once). Also listen to the things she does when singing falsetto, there is a spectrum of different techniques already, and she’s nowhere near the end of developing further vocal shades. Regarding her needing writing skills, I totally agree! How cool if you could help her out with some basic teaching for starters 😉

Hello Miss Saiko I am also a big fan of Daneliya since the beginning of July 2020. As with many of her fans, the first cover I heard from her was "Stone Cold" which she sang on "Voice Kids" in Ukraine when she was just 10 years old. This performance was already impressive for a 10 year old child. During my subsequent search I came across the "Tears of Gold" video by AGT. This has then finally drawn me into their spell and I am since then a huge fan. Unfortunately I am not a music expert. I can only say what I feel when I hear her voice. I agree with you wholeheartedly though, it's her deep voice that impresses me the most. I think you said in your video what many of us are thinking. She needs to find her own style. "Lucky me" and also "Like you use to" certainly didn't really do her justice. Her collaboration with Rich Fayden, which many fans were hoping for so much in the beginning, unfortunately turned out to be a bust today. I would have expected at least an attempt at marketing from him. As far as I know, no German radio station has played one of their titles yet, because they lack the appropriate rights. You said many great things about her voice and also about her beauty in your remarks. But what I missed were statements about her character traits. I believe that she is also ahead of many other artists in this respect. Daneliya always shows a lot of compassion for her fellow human beings, she is one of the most honest people I know and very important, she is highly intelligent. @@MissSaiko If you thought Daneliya was doing it all with her talent, you're wrong. She has worked hard for all this. She is incredibly ambitious and she is a perfectionist. I once heard that she sings a cover about 40 times and only when she thinks it's perfect it gets uploaded to her channel. Please watch her Voice Kids performance where she sings "Stone Cold". You will see 2 blonde women in the background. The smaller one is Elena Tuleshova, her mother, the other one is Nataliya Churakova. She started working with Daneliya about 9 months before Voice Kids. She was by Daneliya's side not only on Voice Kids, but also on the other competitions Daneliya competed in. Also last year at AGT.

Great video! I think Daneliya is a superb artist and though her voice is not as unique as AJ's or DA's, her voice and singing style is still quite distinctive and instantly recognizable. As you've said in previous videos, DA and AJ are not really the mass market types (voice type, genre), whereas I think Daneliya could be that mass market superstar. Hopefully all 3 girls will be very successful, but if I had to guess which is most likely to be the biggest star in the future, I'd say it will actually be Daneliya. She literally does have it all - not just her amazing and versatile voice, but she's gorgeous AND she can dance, act and model too... and more importantly, her main genre is pop, which is by far the largest market.

I agree Daneliya's the one to have the whole package and therefore set to have the most succès :) however, i think angelina, if she overcomes her shy side and gets a sudden confidence in 5-7 years (i've seen that happen), she has just as much chance as Daneliya if not more (no accent in English). She could make it in an Adele type of way. For now, i agree with you entirely. As for Diana, she's simply another type of breed 🙂 so yeah, no, no mass market unfortunately....

Example: Diana has an inimitable unique voice with a polyphonic sound that depends a lot on having a suitable song to succeed since her style is not commercial. I am convinced (with the beauty and particularity of her voice) that an extraordinary song could take her to the top of world success and then do like many singers (hold on to that success to survive globally) is the only way I think Diana could be successful worldwide. Daneliya I absolutely agree with you Miss Saiko is an extraordinary voice, wonderful but common to POP singers without something that characterizes her, with a big problem: she is not a composer = she will always depend on being able to buy a good song to be famous. In the same way, her bass tones are very particular and beautiful and if she uses them she could have a personal brand in the music industry. A big plus point that she has is that she is extremely pretty. Angelina Jordan is something different. I'm actually a little glad that she has not made it in America yet as I think America would have ruined her and turned her in a typical child prodigy like Brittany Spears. Especially the way she is starting to look now, she will attract the wrong attention and she does like to show off... So happy her parents are there to keep certain people away and standing guard with shotguns. My dream is to see her on Saturday Night Live hosting the show and also to be the featured artist. I think Kazakhstan has done a great job and she is their Disney princess. One does not grow up with this same humbleness and family values in the U.S. I regard Daneliya's family as a "white family with Asian values and Asian guilt :) ". I've learned so much about Kazakhstan since following Daneliya in Feb this year.

Then she presents herself as the cool new artist from Europe. This way she will have much more leverage on contracts and can differentiate herself from other artists. Daneliya already has a great fanbase outside of the U.S. Given how AJ, Grace Vanderwaal, and others have not made it big yet, this proves how political the system here is in the U.S. Also take a look at Cher Lloyd. Great potential but probably shut out politically here in the U.S. Not attacking the U.S. market first will also allow her to do what she wants to do which from age 9-12 and part of 13 showed where she was fearless and herself.
Hello Saiko. For me, Daneliya is the best young singer in the world. Honestly, I don't know why you pay so much attention to the low tones, but Daneliya is equally good in the whole register. Besides, her voice has that crystal purity, without any defects. In my opinion, one of the reasons Daneliya has not yet achieved what she deserves is that she is from Kazakhstan. Another reason, in my opinion, is that her latest songs are weaker than the covers she makes. Not to mention that in "Lucky me" I don't know why the producers decided to digitize her voice so much. I’ll start by saying “success” in music can be quite relative. However, as to whether or not Daneliya can break the American market and become a pop superstar, sure. If everything goes right. Chances of this for Daneliya, or any of her foreign ( not American) cohorts (AJ, Diana, Charlotte or whoever else), are quite simply very low. This is a fact. Honestly, realistically it’s a near certainty that none of them will make it. And to be fair it’s not their fault. Now for Daneliya the most important question first of all is will she actually pursue a career in music? This is not actually known. Her interest in pursuing a degree in law is very real as of this moment in time. If Daneliya doesn’t decide to pursue music all such discussions are completely irrelevant. Whatever Daneliya’s future holds I will support her, music or no music. The most important thing is for Daneliya to be happy, safe, and comfortable. Daneliya should choose the path that best suits her and no one else.

According to Gary Brant, who was producing her Las Vegas concert that was cancelled by the Tuleshovs, "...her debut concert in the United States, according to her father, will not take place until after her 18th birthday." For myself, if she did no singing other than for herself until then, I'd still be a fan and support her. She's a remarkable and inspirational person, along with her family. The fact that she doesn't feel an overpowering need for fame and acclaim, and isn't being pushed to achieve that, is indicative of all of them being well grounded and just increases my admiration. On a different note, I think the "low notes" attract because when she then goes higher and faster and louder with a chorus that does that, it's staggering. That's when people's eyes get wide and the mouth hangs open. This is what her originals need to do. PS Avril Lavigne does look something like Daneliya.

During this time Daneliya gets introduced to the negative sides of the music business. A concert planned for July 2022 has just been canceled - the reasons are definitely different from what the promoter is currently claiming in public - and the record deal she currently has is not helpful for her career either. This is evidenced by both singles, which are nothing but standard pop.... The important thing is that she finds the right people and contacts in the US. Because so far she's only had bad luck with pretenders, wannabes and imposters who just want to make a quick buck with her. On the other hand, she is only 15 and still has so much time.

Fun topic! I was recently asking myself the same thing. I found out about Daneliya because RU-vid figured out that I have a weak spot for voice contest audition moments. I suspect that algorithm will give her free marketing for many years to come. I knew Faouzia's name only because I watch vocal coach reactions, and this is the first time I decided to hear her voice (Tears of Gold, stripped). Initial impressions: 1) Holy Smokes, 2) her low notes are special because they have a distinctive tone which fits very well with her whole persona. I think Daneliya's low notes in this song are special for the opposite reason: they still hit you with that little-angel-big-voice effect. No idea where her prodigious talent will take her from here. By the way, does anyone else think that Diana could make it big as a reactor? Nice research!

About Faouzia - she's one of my references at the moment both as singer and songwriter ! I am simply blown away by her talent which is why I decided to make a video on her next time since I find her dedication just as fascinating :) About Diana - well ... for sure :D but we don't deserve that from her - too basic ! but yes, she has an extremely expressive face, especially when she sings dramatically ! The simple idea that Daneliya's voice will become like everyone else's is absolutely absurd. Of course, fans of Diana and Angelina will agree with your implication, but it is still absolutely absurd!! Her voice, timbre, tone, etc... are so unique and beautiful. It does not matter if she's singing rock, pop, rap, a power balled, jazz, etc... or whether she is singing in English. I said she needs to find something about her profile [be it in production, clothing, vocal technique, visuals etc] that would be associated ONLY ONLY with her. Which is near mission impossible and still some people manage to invent it. I suggested she does that through her low vocals because her lows are quite...something. Because right now there's nothing that she does that you'd say ''oh, that reminds me of a Daneliya Tuleshova style''. She's obviously extremely young and has a lot of time ahead to experiment but the issue is fame can go away quickly so she needs to take advantage of the support she has now just so she doesn't encounter slow growth later on. Would it have made more sense if i used Psy (gangnam style) because he created visually a caricature identity for the mass market that was incredibly successful? Shakira (i like her too but doesn't compare to my favs) who made it with the vocal gimmick of a lifetime? Bjork (that i'm in love with) who was her own league in terms of experimental vocals, visuals, music production? Would that have made more sense? Hey love your channel. I do videos of Daneliya and often try to find any one that sounds as good as her or like her. I havent had any luck. Lucky me. I first saw her at ten and had hoped that she could hold on to that tone and vibrotto , I never spell that word right maybe that time oh well. What gets me is the emotion and flawlessness of her singing. I think she will get even better as time goes on. She only needs that one song of her own and she will be on top. This will happen. @@MissSaiko I’m expecting Daneliya may follow a path similar to LeAnn Rhimes, though not necessarily into country. LeAnn had many experiences as a singer as a young girl, came to people’s attention on Star Search, and hit big with her first album. I see similarities with Danileya, and I’m hoping she has as much success.
I am in complete agreement with you on all of your points. When I first discovered her in Feb, I saw the AGT audition and performances . AGT audition was what hooked me and her other performances were "OK" at the time and sounded like everyone else. I searched for Lucky Me and Love Me Like You Use to and thought "Another generic artist", even on some of her covers from 2019-2021.. Then I searched more and saw her Voice audition. From there I was drugged and hooked. Saw all of her performances from Voice to 12. Then I went back to her AGT performances and covers and discovered just exactly how talented she was. I am one of those addicted crazy fans now. When I have a bad day at work I watch her videos from 8 to 10 years old and that puts a smile on my face. Literally one if the songs is "Smile". I think Daneliya's true passion is a combination of goth, soul, rap, hip hop, then pop. I've always thought that she is similar to Amy Lee in style and emotions. She can go to the dark places Amy does and even has a very similar singing style. Her covers from age 12 to 14 actually is a bit dark and gothy buy in a poppy type of way. She also has a very rebellious side as she ventures into rock (YES!!!). I'm hoping she starts to write her own songs. But yes... she needs good songs written for her and needs to find the right agent in the U.S. I am very glad the existing agent was dumped who made very bad choices for her. I'd rather for her to be less famous and to work with good people she can trust. Perhaps she and Angelina Jordan can team up for a girl power tour. This would be bigger than the Beetles... Both have similar family values and backgrounds. Both also have a very large older male fan base who are more like fans/parents. We all appreciate the pure talent, hard work, and the humbleness and intelligence of both. It really does seem that they are meant to collaborate with each other at some point from how the universe has been writing this script. Daneliya will definitely be a model and center of attention. You can see this in her at the age of 9-12, lol... But you can tell she does not take herself too seriously as she makes faces at the camera in full makeup and dress. I'm hoping she will have an acting career too. She is great at getting into character as one can see in the videos. Daneliya's key traits to date are her charm, intelligence, humbleness, talent, then beauty. Hoping when she makes the first big move is with a song that will be a bit hit vs. her prior songs. Lucky Me is a good song to open a concert with. There was a version of Love Me Like You Use To where she sang it like "Good Enough" or "Lithium" from Amy Lee which I thought would have been a huge hit. I also also hope she continues to make songs in her Kazhak native language and in Urkanian/Russian as they are so beautiful to hear. Perhaps a song with a mix of English, Kazhak, and rap. Her options are endless. Yes. I like this artist.

Верхние тоже хороши, но с ними Данэлия (как и AJ) использует стандартный приём баскетболиста NBA: взлететь повыше, провисеть подольше) Её имидж и звучание должны быть sexy, но без вульгарности, а материал - высококлассным. Lucky me - пустышка, бессмысленно тратить время на подобный пластиковый попс для тинейджеров. Дане нужен топовый сонграйтер. Кто-то уровня Билли Айлиш, Тейлор Свифт, Авроры... Hey ! It's quite simple :) Faouzia used to get views from reactions but now she doesn't need it as much. :D Now if more seriously, i'll be blunt and say ''cultural validation''. Daneliya's reaction views are mainly eastern european / russian / kazah people. The reaction phenomenon has always been built upon people seeking approvement for something they are/believe in/worship and so on. Ex : russians will watch less another russian reacting to Diana Ankudinova. They'd rather watch an american / european doing it because they need 'validation' for what their artist is worth. If you look at travelling reactions, it's the same. Nobody is interested in what a fellow citizen has to say. They want to see how a foreigner perceives their country and so on. In that logic, Faouzia's already on the western market. Also, she used to get a lot of support from arab audiences for reactions but now she's quite big and her audience stopped partly watching reactions of her. I say partly because there's an algorithm reason in between as well. Faouzia's name started to become more and more popular on different types of youtube videos. Which means when a reaction would get posted, because of ''Faouzia'' as a keyword, the reaction would get recommended more and more impressions [meaning the nr your thumbnail appears on youtube]. but because people wouldn't necessarily click on reactions, they'd stop getting recommended. So overall, reactions get less which means reactors stop...reacting on their turn. Does it make sense? :) So no, i wouldn't say it's about age and definitely not about exposure :) Faouzia is.....VERY exposed at the moment. She made 40 million views with her John Legend Collab + was featured on huge pannel streets in Canada, Spotify owned add pannels and so on :)
What I know is that Demash is from Kazakstan so is Daneliya. He is a good singer and well known by now. He can help her to get recognition by giving her a part in one of his shows just to sing 3 or 4 songs. I remember when he met Daneliya for the first time he wouldn't stop kissing the 12-year-old girl. Where is he now to show his love by helping the girl?🤔😕

I saw her enitial performances on the voice...she was a very talented young singer. I've heard her do a couple of later numbers .. Yep your right 😉 she has to find her own voice and style but shes stepped into the big shark pool a bit too early and she might get used up and dropped in a corner and forgotten unless she can learn to swim against the prevailing marketing currents. Time will tell but getting by in the US at the moment I would imagine is a challenge for her and her Russian familly. She can sing well though... Have you ever come across this young very educated Lebanese singer guitarist. Talia Lahoud on U tube currently on one of the islands in the Med... I need to check... but worth a listen.

Let's just call it for what it is. Daneliya has entered the adult market. She no longer can be passed off as a child. With this she is competing with adults that add sex appeal to there performance . So now her handlers must get creative using adult back up dancers to add the sex appeal and push Daneliya to the 15 year old limits of what she can wear and how she can act. The only other option is to find that perfect writer or find a a gimmick like sia did. Being a great singer alone is not enough in today's market . So I say get busy Daneliya shock the world or wait out the three year grace period untill your of legal age.
Wow, your bluntness is refreshing. I didn't say it out loud. I don't think she'd find a strong gimmick to be honest. Because it would take away the reasons why people love her voice. But i do believe in exaggerating a bit some techniques and i suggested she'd overdo the way she does now the lower notes 😁 because i believe that's what it would work for her best in an ocean of strong high pitch voices in all colours and techniques :) On another hand, yes, showing some skin wouldn't hurt. But daneliya is already perceived as sensual teenager so i never considered as '100% innocent' in that direction based on her instagram posts. Which is the reason i thought she'd make it easily if only some 'technique' was exaggerated🙂
@@MissSaiko I have followed her career for years . She use to be such a great performer offering up a good dance routine to go with her music. Unfortunately right now I believe there is alot of restrictions being placed on her . After talking with her label and her concert promoter. It seems her age is a major set back . They had big ideas for Daneliya but there hands was tied as to what Daneliya dad would allow . They want to keep her focused on school. They are anticipating letting Daneliya attend high school here in America to prepare Her for college here aswell. My understanding is that comes first . I only hope they have not burned important bridges .

Danya is very talented without a doubt, but it's fine if she don't get popular, I mean, if you want to be popular nowadays you need to show your body, sing songs without meaning, or be "edgy" or something. Not even Dimash is popular, while he is popular enough in his own genre and it's fine, opera isn't for everyone, I know he's not just an opera singer, I would say folk-opera or pop-opera, but still, and Diana's voice is so unique in a weird way, she got that natural, dramatic, deep, almost like ancient type of folk singing voice, which she can use for operatic singing aswell(Maybe she needs to collab with the band Nightwish), but as I said her voice is unique in a weird way, it's not something that can become really popular imo.

I have liked Daneliya for a while but I have not listened to her recently... I do like Daneliya's lower register and other litlle vocals she adds. Thank you for the comment and for the continuous support ! - you get the words in your head for what reason? :D just in case, I AM interested in the commercial side of music because I adore songwriting as you already know ! so understanding what can be written for an artist that it both pays his bills and make art is crucial to me ! - about someone who made it from eastern countries in the USA, I don't know [other than actors] but I think it's possible :) especially if you'd know exactly how to use your voice in order to make it sound exotic and at the same time commercial ! I mean, everyone thinks it's impossible so they don't try :) Dua Lipa for example, I think is armenian :) Cheers 🍷🍷 !
You are just fans of AJ and DA, AJ only a grat jazzy singer, DA in my opinion is 'wierd'. I never fond of them. But yeah, everyone has own liking and opinion. For me, Daneliya has more aspects and uniqueness than both of them. AJ and DA when do covers only shown their great abilities in the same styles, same lyrics like originals, but DT sung covers in her own way, own lyrics, own styles that different with the originals. Sorry to say, you don't understand what means by 'unique'.

I'm a very cynical sort of person. I have a low opinion of society, in general. It will be very difficult for Daneliya, or any other talented young female singer, to break through and become a world star. Talent isn't what the world wants. With autotune, pitch correction, and all of the other processing tricks, all that is necessary is for pretty girls to shake their bodies in front of the camera. This is what the world wants. True talent will be able to earn a good living, but it can't become what is referred to as being a star.
Hey Frank! I know exactly what you mean but i also think it's the reason daneliya has so much more chance on her road to billboard than diana for example :) because daneliya can very well sell. And i mean sell through her looks as well because she's got it all!

Miss Seiko. I like the way you criticize all these young female singers and please keep doing it. They have to learn and accept the truth. Maybe fix their mistakes. Lately, Daneliya did two songs in a very different style but unfortunately, she didn't get many views. Can you find out why this is happening to this young lady? she deserves better and give her advice on what to do?
There is nothing outstanding about her last releases. Although it's clean : good production, good voice, good visuals, there is nothing impressive :) and i will assume there was also little marketing and mostly organic listeners which changes a lot, when actually orchestrated :)
it's not necessarily that she sounds exactly the same, but she doens't showcase the best parts of her voice, the low notes being the best [?] example :)
For me, when Daneliya was younger, she just try to sing like other singers, actually I never watch any singers like her, combined the.pop with melismatic.opera voice. You said she like other singers? I dunno in which side? Only her appereance? Yes she is.beautiful and fashionable. But in voice, I haven't met any singers that combined pop with melisma. Have you heard she sung rap? Have you watch her dance?
@@steadyturtle7002 well a lot of pop singers combine that though :) perrie Edwards (little mix), jojo, emeli sande, etc abd sure, not even talking about the greats such as Christina àguilera, Beyonce :)
@@MissSaiko it's different, similar but different. I heard Beyonce, Christina, but they don't have feeling and passion when singing. They are great as singers. Maybe because of their fame, they didn't sing like they used to. I remembered that when they sang is earlier years, it's better than now. I hope Daneliya and other young singers not falling in the same way as famous singers had done.
I don't recall trying to make it with 40 voices 🤭 but in all cases, you have many experimental singers who used different techniques and paved the way for pop singers. And just because something hasn't been done before, doesn't mean it cannot be done (though no, not with 40, that would be delusional) MJ had 2 voices, Madonna had 2 voices, Christina Aguilera has 2 voices, Screamin' Jay Hawkins had multiple voices, Bjork had a dozen...i could go on an on 😊
@@MissSaiko you say you have over 40 impressions on your fiverr page. i hope you focus more on your own voice than your 40 impressions. just like the superstars do😁. when they do impressions, it's just for fun, not as part of their career.
@bjarnyg yes i have that ! But it's cause it's a gig on fiverr, not my own music. People might wanna do demos, songwriting in different styles, most that have nothing to do with my own music etc :) the identity i'm building for myself would not be suitable for fiverr because it requires visuals, lyrics etc, it's a whole universe. And if i were to sell MY voice on fiverr, it simply wouldn't make sense :) that platform I created to get in touch with singers/producers so I can songwrite professionally /regularly at one point, for others basically! But no, singing multiple voices it's obviously either "for fun", either for "songwriting purposes". If it's professionally, i literally did a critique video 2 years ago on Katrina Velarde on this same topic because she does voices as no one else can, but her own voice is nothing special because she stripped it of any sorts of "special effects". So no, i'm definitely not thinking of singing in 40 voices for a career in music. Simply being able to do many techniques means you have the trained muscle of your vocal chords that is able to fit different styles/techniques and therefore be a better songwriter!
@@MissSaiko You don't worry that doing too much impersonation stuff can effect your own voice? Anyway I never ask singers I hire to try to sound like someone else, but I understand that it might work for some clients.
@bjarnyg it could affect my voice if i did for too long :) but i don't remember when's the last time i did impersonations. About songwriting- depends. The last song i sold was a "i want a lana del rey type of song" but adjusted to my voice. My skills helped greatly :) she and her voice teacher were "nooo, even instrumental wise, everything sounds Lana del Rey here!". I mean at first i did 60% Lana and something pretty new/different, hard to compare with something else actually because i didn't think the girl would deliver Lana style exactly and i didn't see the purpose either. But when she heard it, she said she wants it "pure Lana". That goes to say that if someone "unknown" would ask me to songwrite for them, i'm able to fit their personality without writing a generic song that doesn't take into consideration how that singer uses her voice and ends up sounding "not right" :) . Basically, it's not about being able to impersonate famous singers, it's about being able to pick up different techniques and write songs that fit :)
Daneliya said that she wants to be an AMERICAN pop star, so I am assuming once her schooling is finished, they will be moving here to the US. Is one country, which I have forgotten, she holds the 16 of the top 18 spots on their charts. She will not have a problem here. The one problem I have is her only being 15, and singing very adult and almost X rated songs. I guess they do this stuff early in her country. She already has her own unique style. To me, she sings Aurora’s song better than Aurora. She sings better than most millionaire pop singers today. Angelina Jordan is making it big and can’t even sing on pitch. This is why I hate auto tune. As long as it’s a recording, you have no clue if they can sing or not, but Angelina is awful. I am one of those when people sing off pitch it hurts my ears, and I cannot listen to Angelina at all.
I will not contradict you for Daneliya - she's great, otherwise I wouldn't have made this video. BUT, I beg to differ to Angelina. Angelina "can't sing on pitch" is one hell of a statement :) . It's one thing to not like her voice and another to just ... genuinely dismiss talent. AJ is one of the most talented people to ever be born and if you were to listen to her early work, everything was already there. It has nothing to do with preference which, I give it to you, personnaly, I'd take Christina Aguilera's voice over...literally anyone in the world. But I'm aware of her limits even if I genuinely LOVE her voice. :) But honestly, there's room for everyone !
@@MissSaiko I agree with you, in tastes there are no dislikes but Angelina is a miracle since Mozart there was no such thing, that is why they call her the Mozart of singing because in 250 years she is the first singer who can emulate voice colors of more than 80 singers, crazy . Actually AJ would not enter the range of "singers" but genius musicians in the group of Beethoven, Mozart, Freddie Mercury, John Lennon, etc. AJ's vocal arrangements are way above famous music directors
@@blainmitland1134 no :) I am not trying to 'play it'. I think Angelina has more 'old school control' over her voice. But personnaly, I prefer Aguilera for her signature sound and for all the creative runs she did in her lifetime !
