こんにちは、陽天と申します。あなたは魅力的な女性やね。演奏の仕草が絵になるピアニストは少ないが、あなたはその一人です。演奏もそれを反映して大変魅力的です。感動しました。私はハイドンのピアノソナタが大好きです。後期のソナタもいいけれど、この辺りのソナタが一番いいですね。特にこの第23番と第20番は最高傑作です。この何気ない旋律に込められた感情の起伏が素晴らしい。しかし、不思議なのは第2楽章ですな。この曲はベートーヴェンを遥かに超えて、ショパンをも超えている。ハイドンは現代ピアノの存在を予知していたのかな？

A solid performance.

Nice phrasing through some of the rapid passages - really good!

A spellbinding performance of a very fine sonata which as ever with this pianist, I enjoyed very much - thank you. I must however raise one discordant note: Presumably, due to competition rules, the da capo (repeat) markings were ignored. This has a three-fold effect: i) It unbalances the Classical dimensions of the sonata; ii) It diminishes the stature of the sonata and therefore the composer - it reduces Haydn to small-scale in comparison to Beethoven and later composers. (The da capo markings in Haydn, Mozart, and Beethoven are instructions by composers who knew very well what they were about; they are not optional take-it-or-leave-it suggestions*). iii) It removes the opportunity to embellish and improvise the repeat sections which was clearly Haydn’s intention, such extempore opportunities are a legitimate competition challenge for the pianists. * All three of these composers specifically removed the da capo marking when they did not want a section repeating,

Shes performing it just as anyone else would, and pretty much by the book, nothing groundbreaking here just a solid performance of a piece not to be taken too seriously.

Bravo! I liked all 3 mouvements. Very clear articulation and some wonderful expressive playing. The interpretation of Haydn's ornaments were interesting and different from many other pianists! Trills beautifully executed, especially the long left hand one in the 1st movement. A really fast 3rd movement, but played with style, elan, etcetera! ❤
