Dangerous Driver Cuts in Front of Me and Slams on the Brakes - RI Plate Z0-603 

He cut in front of me and slammed on his brakes causing a 30 MPH drop in speed! His plate # is Rhode Island Z0-603. The car was a Chrysler 300 series. The man was in his 40's or 50's (at least) with a beard. This happened at approximately 5:30pm on 295N on 6/13/15
