Grew up on Creston and Burnside, everyone shopped on Fordham Rd. It was walking distance too. Remember when it was predominantly Italian, Irish, and Jewish. I watched the change ove4vthe years too. I’m so proud to have grown up in the Bronx!!
@@NYCBackstage They were simpler times, and before 1972 The Bronx was not too bad. When we lived on Morris Avenue (next street over from Creston) we had a 24 hour fruit and vegetable stand! Imagine that today!!
LMAOOOO WTF I remember when those sidewalks were clear... the only time you might see something being sold outside is if the store decides to put a clothes rack outside or two or something theyre selling
