Mudumalai National Park is a national park in the Nilgiri Mountains in Tamil Nadu in southern India.
Mudumalai forest is awesome. Elephants are at large, one can find elephant herd near riverside and also along the road. Offcourse deers are common here and beautiful to watch them feeding and running pleasantly. Just backside of the restaurant here we could watch single elephant just 200 m away roaming freely. Forest officers here have done wonderful job to protect and conserve forest animals.
