The Chairman of the Dangote refinery, Aliko Dangote has refuted claims that Petroleum Products from his refinery are substandard, contrary to claims made by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, which alleged that the products from the Dangote Refinery are Inferior.
During a visit by members of the house of representatives, at the Dangote Refinery in Lagos on Saturday, July 20th, Dangote stated that the regulatory agency approved the Dangote Refinery Laboratory in March 2024.

There are many capable Nigerians that can turn around the fortunes of this nation in 5yrs. They are everywhere, at home and in the diaspora. But the faulty leadership recruitment system does not give them any chance. Mediocres and low quality individuals will continue to be thrown into leadership positions as far as the status quo as per our leadership recruitment system remains unchanged.

Tinubu is involved in the importation of bad fuell to Nogeria from their hidden plant in Malta! That company is not a refinary per si, but a mixing plant which buys low-quality fuels from big companies and mix it with products to improve their quality a little bit and afyer that sent it to Nigeria! His nephew Willie Tinubu is the one running it!

When Dangote said in Kigali that he is also building a National Strategic reserve capacity for Nigeria, I was happy, apparently, the government doesn't want none of it. NNPC released a statement recently saying that Dangote refinery is no longer part of their future investment plans. The petrol regulator said that they are producing shitty products, how can they export their products if his home country is saying all these horrible things about him. Weird. Landmark events centre incident playing all over again. Which politician is interested in Dangote refinery? In the case of Landmark, it was clear, the president's business associates wanted the land,. Does Gilbert Chagory wants the Dangote refinery as well? Dangote looks very tired of Nigeria.

Very enlightening I am in South Africa watching with envy how the Nigerian Government is failing to protect a man like Aliko. This man has recently spent a whooping US $20 billion and they’re whining about little gremlins that have been sorted. They can’t realise the investment? This is massive not just for Nigeria but Africa as a whole. What’s wrong with these people?

Bro do you really believe that the rogues parading as senators would welcome truth from a guy like this?? The current situation fills up their bank accounts so why change it... Though we the masses must change it.

As a petroleum technologist, I have to hail Mr. Emmanuel for his eloquent and powerful breakdown of the Nigerian oil saga. This young man speaks for 20 minutes and he says more than nnpcl and all the folks running Nigerian oil system. I second Emmanuel's question, WHY WOULD THE GUY FROM THE REGULATORY TEAM HAVE A JOB, Mr. Tinubu???

NNPC corruption and shenanigans are so deep that Tinubu and Buhari's failure to audit NNPC has turned Nigeria's energy asset into a liability. The government is always postponing the refinery's opening because no refined oil exists. The business is to import and share the profit. When will Mele Kyari be sacked?
