Ras Hanzir Oil Terminal Limited operates an oil storage and blending facility in Malta. Dangote said adultrated fuel are imported into Nigeria from a Refinery owned by Nigerians in Malta and that is what they are paying Subsidy on. E said this fuel has been destroying Nigerians cars and hazardous to their health. Now Nigerians have found the owners of this Refinery and it is linked to Tinubu. Nigeria's fuel importation from Malta jumped from $45m a year in 2013 to over $2b a year in 2024.
