Im sad Danhausen didn't correct them about the "father of the action figure." Page has mocked that in a few vids.. and it shows his toy history ignorance.. Marty Abrams IS the father of the action figure.. he invented modern articulation... Kenner Star Wars, 3.75 GI Joe, and 6-8 inch highly articulated figures were all done by him first with Mego... the entire GI Joe 80's line was a rip off of Mego CHIPS for example lol. Kenner picked that size to match his figures too.

@@captainthiccnick he didn't design the star wars or gi joe figs.. he created the articulation and scale... IE he made "o ring" figures that Hasbro copied and Kenner copied the scale.. I believe it was a mego figure used to make the first ever kenner prototype that they showed to George Lucas... there's a show on netflix called "the toys that made us" ... even if you don't like toys, its a great watch and goes over most of this.
