I can see a few comments here about the tackle by Everton no. 13 (Stringer). In refereeing terms there are a number of factors to consider when judging such challenges and one of those is the point of contact. Generally speaking if the point of contact is ankle or foot, it results in a yellow card 9 out of 10 times. However the one factor which I feel should be considered more carefully is the intensity of the tackle. This challenge happens at high speed and such intensity can seriously endanger the safety of an opponent and thus a red card is what I believe should have been shown.
