Years ago I would listen to this magical song on repeat whilst playing dark souls in my room. A year or two later I was depressed and in a bad way I started watching Berserk and when the guts theme started I was blown away. I'm embarrassed to say it was like a religious experience I had no idea Purification was from such a cool anime.

I came here to say that the author of the manga Berserk has died and I just feel sad listening even if it wasn't created for that. I love Berserk with all my heart and I'm terribly sad. Love you guys

Such a simple song, yet the vibes it gives me are unreal. I'm so easily pulled off from the present moment and transported into the past. It makes it so easy to reminisce on past memories. Also, it helps put things into perspective, maybe because, for some weird reason, I imagine that woman is watching our planet Earth on that TV. For a brief moment, all my day to day worries, plans for the future and ambitions no longer seem important. Everything seems so insignificant. I'm completely detached.

Great use of that sample, nostalgia factor is high on dis one!

Damn, in all honesty, I've been putting on this song a couple of times a month for the last 8 years and this song STILL gives me chills every time i listen to it. Once I watched Berserk and realised where the sampling was taken from, the song grew even more. I even ripped it off RU-vid as an MP3 to keep as a backup if it is ever removed from sportify and youtube. Cheers

Daniel Deluxe, one of the shining bright lights of the NewretroWave. Daniel-san always seem to have a red thread in his music composition. It's like his songs spring to live in front of the computer screen. This time we have some sort of a theme but It's not like his previous additions on this channel. This is more gentle and calm. The song follow a clear path, but this feels a bit flat in comparison to his dark themes...They have a more personal and Interesting touch, and quite frankly are much more epic... 2.5 of 5...This isn't bad but I was expecting more from Daniel.....No redux or deluxe version this time. More like a cheap copy that works ok......
