It didn’t click at the time but the reason why Cheryl cried like she did was because the song Daniel sang struck an emotional chord with her, not only because of genuine sorrow for Dan’s loss but also due to her own marital problems at the time, while she was still processing Ashley’s unfaithfulness.
after all the years this still gets to me well done Danny as always women know what’s best for us men your wife and family well always be proud of you know matter what you do all the best to you and your family ❤
He wasn't a particular popular contestant, but I liked him. He has a good voice, perfect for ballads if you ask me, and he's got passion when he sings.
@@99whizzman13 you're right, he wasn't really popular with the other judges, especially Louis who always criticized him every week. However, the only time he sort of impressed Louis was during his first sing off, when he sung the Josh Groban song. Louis made the right decision to save him.
@@DanielEvansMusic Oh Danny, I can believe it. For you, I'm glad it is so far away because of the circumstances behind you finally auditioning. I bawled like a little schoolgirl. Can you tell me how you and your family are doing these days? If not, I totally respect that. I'm sure you have your moments. Take care my friend!! Kathy
I’m fairly sure there were Scottish and Welsh contestants, even if their auditions weren’t televised. While we’re at it, what about the Northern Irish contestants too? All the host cities were in England though…I don’t think there was any in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. So it’s a fair observation to say it was a bit arrogant. And that’s coming from an Englishman.
