This is the best piano version i have ever heard! It sounds so heavenly :)

he probably has a button or feature on his keyboard that lets him transpose to different keys. for instance, he could be playing the song in the key of A because it's more comfortable, but he wanted the song higher so he would have his keyboard transpose everything he plays a few notes higher to be in the key of B or something. so yes, he does change something on his keyboard.

The song sounds in E flat major but the keys you're playing are a semitone lower?

I'm fairly sure Kyle makes his own sheet music. He composes is own music, and I'm certain he's skilled enough to transcribe music/remake it for a solo instrument. Transcribe is when you hear something, and you write it down. When you apply that to music... You hear a song, and figure out the notes to it.
