For Alex I’ll give my thoughts/assumptions on the Kip storyline. I’ll start by saying he’s my favorite AEW wrestler (I know I’m in the minority haha) so I may be more optimistic than whatever the actual plan ends up being. I believe he went to Christian looking for a fatherly figure/mentor after his dad’s passing. He was turned down and the patriarchy were very unsympathetic toward him (which could have rubbed him the wrong way). I think it will be revealed that Edge eventually reached out to him and is now providing him guidance. With Sting/Darby, Sammy/Jericho, Hook/Joe, etc. all done right now, it makes sense to have a new team (young guy/vet) to feud with Wayne/Christian. Hopefully Rated R can elevate Superbad to more meaningful matches and he can get over with the fans.

Kip Sabian is never going to get over. It doesn't matter who you align him with. If anything i'd align him with Jericho cause at least then he will be on TV regularly. Edge is going to be out for months at a time each year

I need to start spending my money here, unike the observer where the shows are always an hour late because Metlzer can't get his crap together and half the time you don't even get the video podcasts you're paying for. This has def. surprassed "the observer" by miles. Shows always on time and everyone has their act together. Great show as always!

I’m not the biggest Darby guy because I feel a lot of times he just gets destroyed and then quick shine, win. That being said, some matchups are just too perfect. Mox and Darby is one of them, and I thought Darby actually put in a lot of good work here Side note: we couldn’t get a working cast for Kassidy? 😅

I'm not buying the "Just google it" argument for promoting the Danielson VS McGuinness match. That would have worked early on in AEW lifetime. There were plenty of matches that worked that were dream matches by the fans that I never head of. But you can only go to that well so often, and AEW has used up all their tickets. I simply don't care anymore if someone else is excited about a match. You'd better build it up so I'm excited about a match. This match didn't do it for me, and I fast forwarded though much of it.

It’s just because I’m a Kip Sabian fan, but I really am enjoying the story with him and the patriarchy. He’s been bullied by Nick Wayne and Christian Cage and this was his first real way of getting back at them. This is 100% setting up Nick Wayne killing him though

Your tired of Darby but you are a Mox fan boy when he is a indie garbage backyard pro. I think Mox has become so much better on the mic since joining AEW. But the in ring its the same old garbage wrestling only it’s worse because Tony let’s him do anything he wants. Tired of the Darby stuff ok I can get with you but you have blinders on with Jon Mox

Its seems more and more clear that they are doing Mox retiring Danielson by beating him for the title and then Darby beats Mox. I think that's a super weak storyline, especially with Mox routinely being the transitional champ for AEW. I would have rather that role went to another big heel so we can get another heel over as champion. Would love some more focus on new faces. Malakai could be used in singles matches to bring a new heel vibe to the show

I thought this show was kinda mid. The most interesting part was MVP coming out for a Swerve feud, but then not having Lashley and the rest of the group arrive was a disappointment. Ospreay keeps being the savior of shows, making every match he is the real main event of the show. Overall the show was very predictable, pretty average dynamite considering it was a themed week. Would love to see more storytelling focus on AEW rather than just bangers
