I watched 100+ Danish commercials to find the best ones for you guys. I used Danish key-words and put subtitles on for you guys. Then I did some light editing for you guys. Hope it made you guys smile :) - have a great day
Jeg havde faktisk ikke set den før, alletiders reklame. rigtig godt fundet på af dem. Samme med midttrafik, lige før man vil køre med bus. :D så overdrevet lavet. :)
Right ? Was doing some research and found a lot of the videos your are talking about ☺️ was thinking the same thing. But by adding a couple of "fake" danish commercials the video could have been even funnier. But I limited myself 😃
This is one way the Danish media culture is way different than the US.. Get people to laugh at themselves, works better than repeating a product name, web address or phone number 20 times in 30 seconds. I know that it's possible to do in the US as well, I've seen super bowl commercials. Spend just one hour watching TV in the US, you realize how big the difference is... This is not our average, those commercials chosen are top notch... But you would not see the phone number ones even on local TV in Denmark. Tak Frank
@@janandersen8735 our sense of humour can be quite offensive. So yes, some may feel offended. Saying that we're still "mono-culture" is not exactly true anymore, If you want to see that, visit Japan. But we're not truly mixed either, and we don't have a long history of being mixed.
@@BenjaminVestergaard Born and raised in Denmark, but an ex pat for 45 years, I probably have a slightly different perspective than someone who lives there and I can assure you that Danes haven't changed hardly at all even as Demographics have changed a little bit. As I explain to my locals, Denmark is held together, not by a piece of paper, but by shared culture, tradition and values, which includes the ability, if not downright requirement, to make fun of oneself and people in power.
@@janandersen8735 So you moved out about shortly after the Turks had established their communities? They're great people, but I would not claim that their traditions, customs and culture is the same. Not mono-culture in my definition.. but of course, we sold our black slave history when the US was willing to pay for the virgin islands.. so in that sense a lot of the history "luggage" we have is more about Greenland, Iceland, the Faroes and our Swedish and Norwegian brothers.
@@janandersen8735 Don't tell me you still believe that old "melting pot"-bullshit, it hasn't been true for decades, the US is just as "monocultural" it's just a different one.
That last add for Stryhn's leverpostej shows my friend Bryce (non dane) sounding the alarm in one of his first gigs. I'm not a Dane, but greets anyway from VALBY! (lived here since 2012)
Our commercials used to be like our film industry of the 50-70s ... taking the piss out of our society, making fun of our stupid habits, trends, ridiculing elites, government, etc.
@@kimmogensen4888 damn guys! Was never supposed to be in the final edit (I found out that it was not danish) - my bad hehe - But damn you are fast Kim, if you got that from 3 seconds of clip :D
I can't believe I actually watched this video. I'm Danish and I hate commercials! So I normally NEVER watch them. And I certainly don't hate them any less now. But that's okay. I just didn't realise how embarrassed this video would make me on behalf of my country.
Don't need to feel embarrased. Commercials are a necessary evil in a consumer society. It's nice to see that some countries do them differently and that they don't always have to be an annoying piece of motivational poster garbage reenacted.
What Kim Mogensen said :) I thought it was danish in the beginning (It was not) then i removed the clip from the video. But apparently your good eyes 👀 spotted my little editing mistake 😉
🙏Jeg har altid gerne ville være god til engelsk. Har også haft engelsktalende venner, så jeg har brugt mit engelske. Har selvfølgelig også set alt for mange gangster film og lyttet til rap musik 🎥 😅
@@realdankfrankrap music definitely shows, I thought you were an African American Dane when I watched the bit with Danish MRE in another video 😅 But seriously - commercials, part 2 - when? Vi vil have mere!
@@BeemanFunnyman Haha , sikke et tudefjæs man. Voks dog op, er helt naturligt. Desuden er der langt klammere ting på RU-vid hvis du virkelig vil have noget at brokke dig over :)
