The thing about the Messi v Ronaldo debate is that even before the WC, most neutrals would say Messi is the better player. It was mainly the English football fans who would usually side with Ronaldo and for a lot of them the only reason was that Ronaldo played in the premier league which was very annoying and frustrating.

Tbh that Ronaldo take is an L. Both fan groups are as bad as each other, if you think otherwise, you are deluded, objectively.
