The series commenced on the exact 40th Anniversary of our opening, April 11, 2023, with actor JOHN LITHGOW reading from "THE LAST LION," by William Manchester.
This week we present Book # 16: "CHURCHILL AND SECRET SERVICE," by David Stafford.
Because secret intelligence is, by definition, secret, very little was known in detail about Winston Churchill’s love of espionage until author David Stafford published CHURCHILL AND SECRET SERVICE, his study of the subject, in 1997 in the U.K., and then in 1998 here in the U.S.
