Russel Brand is being attacked by the media now due to the fact that in the last couple of years he has been pointing out the corruption in the US and UK government/institutions and powerful corporations such as Monsanto, Pfizer, and BlackRock, companies which are major shareholders/owners of said media companies.

Innocent until proven guilty must be adhered too. Kevin Spacey, Benjamin Mendy and Cliff Richard were all exonerated but found guilty by the media before they even had a chance to defend themselves. Andrew Tate is another example that can be compared to this situation. We all know Brand had relations with a 16 year old when he was 26, this might be immoral to me but its not illegal and I see absolutely no evidence proving any rape or sexual assault has taken place. Its a discrace the women can even make allegations in the media anonymously but the times they turn out to be lies the little skanks walk free ? Anterior motives are at play here. Mexico releases evidence of Alien body's then all of a sudden the BIGGEST story is ALLEGATIONS against Brand. Smoke in mirrors !!!

Really feel for his pregnant wife right now. This whole situation is so unfair. He struggles with his mental health and addiction, all of this hate and accusations could send him over the edge! I hope whoever is telling the truth gets justice but it isn’t fair for anyone to have a trial by media and their whole life turned upside down. Brand had a strong OTT tongue in cheek promiscuous comedy persona - he was performing all the time & was being rewarded handsomely for it & encouraged by all the agents, institutions (BBC, Channel 4, Endemol et al), PR, audiences…everyone was egging him on and rewarding him. He was also sick in his addictions & then recovering which is a difficult road to tread & especially when surrounded by the aforementioned encouraging his behaviour & comedy routines / sketches. Now, over a decade later he is still in recovery, clean and sober for over 20 years, living a clean & loving life with his wife & children, helping others find the redemption & recovery from addictions that he has found. And now, the very media, institutions & people that applauded & rewarded his comedy act & persona & sketches back then are the ones using the same sketches, comedy routines etc as evidence Brand has always been a ‘predator hiding in plain sight’. Disingenuous hypocrites. And it took The Times / Channel 4 four years of full time digging & encouraging women to ‘give them stories on Brand’ to come up with 4 accusers. I smell a rat and it’s not Brand.

@@SuperEdge67 I am also saying that we send people to jail to prevent them from hurting more people and to rehabilitate them... so, if they have already rehabilitated themselves... what is the real purpose of jail at this point? Revenge? Retaliation? Let me explain it in a different way, why I think that is wrong to report someone after 20 years (and by the way, it is usually celebrities who get reported after decades, no average Joe wakes up one morning 20 years after an assault and decides to go to the police). I'm not the person I was 5, 10 and certainly not 20 years ago. If I change, start helping people, become someone else... why lock me up now that I am no longer a threat to anyone? And I think you don' t fully understand the concept of addiction... thankfully nor do I, fully, but I do have a degree in psychology which gave me some knowlege of biology and psychiatry. It's not as straightforward as: I consciously decide to take drugs or drink or to have sex. If it were that easy,no one would be an addict, trust me. There is childhood trauma and genetic predisposition which makes people vulnerable to addiction. But It's too comicated to go into it here.

Piers shows his true colours, he clearly thinks that he MSM are the only ones entitled to have opinions. I’m betting he’s happy with the new online bill. He says “Social media is a bigger problem because everyone has an opinion and they all are incredibly judgmental…there are no limitations on what they can say. They can say what they like. A lot of it totally inaccurate.” That’s a rather rich statement coming from him given the amount of misinformation and hate that he spread towards the unvaccinated throughout covid. Cipriani was the level headed adult at this table.

Danny seems very REAL. Who of us that has not lived where we are often vulnerable to our weakness, and has not had these quite crippling dilemmas? The media and social media are clearly anathema. I suppose that (badly) I don't have a great deal of time for those guys who live thoroughly abusive lives and then hide behind a newly found domestic bliss (prob because they have EDS) but I have to give credit to those who truly want to live differently.

When this story broke about Russell Brand and then the world and its son turned against him I was concerned that this continuous onslaught of calling him a rapist etc would send him hurtling into a black hole. Brand has been known in the past to suffer from anxiety and self-harming and I believe his frame of mind turned him to drugs. No one has learned anything from what happened to Caroline Flack who was bombarded with vile, nasty comments from the keyboard warriors and of course the media, dont forget she was never actually convicted of a crime before hanging herself. Do we want to see Russell Brand go the same way? If he is guilty of these allegations, let the court decide. The police must thoroughly investigate the allegations and if there is a case where they are able to charge Brand, so be it, but stop with the lynch mob approach.

Well you can say what you like until you can’t. I said nothing bad just voicing my opinion on here….I felt people who don’t watch RBs show didn’t have the whole story. I had my comments shut off for 24 hours as spam. I spammed nothing and commented on channels like yours and many others and was shut down. That’s wack. I hope yt doesn’t keep on down this road or I will loss access to many channels I love but only access here.
