For those who dont know, the song is about how the people are rising up for civil rights and the "Money man" (The rich) Is running away from them so that they dont rise up and punish him for denying them their rights. The singer is telling the money man to keep on running because they will never stop hunting him until he dies or he finaly gives them their rights, and hes damming him to the fate that he deserves.
