I always appreciated how real and honest Danny was when he was on the podcast. I was so sad when he announced he was leaving, but I was also very happy and excited for our boy Frankie to step up and get in there! And of course, Greg always seems so genuine and creative. I’ve always loved the Santagato Studio team! Everyone has always worked so hard to make good content and fun content for this audience and it’s just been so fun to grow up with you guys, and watch everyone become all the great people that you are ❤!

It's really interesting to hear from Danny that if he didn't leave TBY, his stand up career may never have begun, I can totally understand why as well. Personally, I wish he was still on as I really loved the Joe-Danny dynamic, but at the same time im super happy to see him making strides in his life.

i really miss their dynamic and the show really suffered when he left, franky is ok but it is not the same and if anyone says otherwise they're lying. it just selfishly pissed me off that he just chased some pussy down to florida but he's doing great now and i saw him do standup and it was awesome. as long as we get danny in a couple videos once in a while and he's happy, im ok with that

I think the reason why comedians suffer so much with mental health but are so good at making others laugh is because they understand how dark and hurtful this world is and so making others laugh and forget about their problems for however long their set is, brings the comedian some kind of feeling of joy

I think that’s the case for people who are just naturally funny. Theo Von is a great example. But stand up is a different type of comedy that involves genuine talent. Same as how big singers have lots and lots talent. Stand up is almost like an art

Ive got such unreal love for Danny. Weird how someone you've never met could feel like the best friend you always wanted. I'm so glad he's doing well now (you look great too, Danny!). Would absolutely love to see Danny do a regular guest spot/collab with Joe to relive the nostalgia. Still laugh at the transformer blowing up episode 😂 Big love for this episode and everyone behind it ❤

While the prospect of Danny reading this comment is low, he is the reason I even started watching the basement yard. Seeing him happy and thriving brings the utmost happiness to my heart. Taking nothing away from Frankie, he has filled the shoes well above expectation, it's hard to beat nostalgia. Wish you nothing but success and happiness. As much as I wish we could have gotten more time with Danny on TBY, I’m so glad he’s in a better place now for himself. I’ll always hold those episodes with him close to my heart and my funny bone. Nobody owes us anything in terms of an explanation and I’m just glad everyone is okay. I love all the Santagato Studios boys and man, I’d just love to hang out with them and have some beers
