I cannot believe there are only 53 episodes. I also was sure I'd seen all of them, but there are a few episodes mentioned in here that I don't remember.

you were wrong: when the parents die, Danny doesn't ask to remove his powers. He asks to stop having feelings. Ghosts are manifestations of the feelings of the living at the moment of death and it turns into an obsession. (this is explained in the comic "a glitch in time") Dark Danny is angry at Amity Park because Danny is devastated for losing everything and Vlad for being abandoned. Seriously, read a glitch in time, it's the sequel to phantom planet.

Great video but what about "A glitch in time" it's a cononical graphic novel which takes place after the og show ended. Spoilers for the novel ahead:- In the novel it is revealed that Vlad is alive and Danny is losing his powers (why is also explained in the novel). Dark Danny comes back as well. It also explains why he is like that and what ghosts are. Read it, it's amazing.

This was Butch's master piece. If he gave this show more seasons, or a CGI movie, it would've been perfect. Instead of ruining Fairly Oddparents and making Tuff Puppy and Bunsen.
