I actually say like hardened criminal. I don’t claim to know a whole lot about his life or stints in prison, but I do remember watching a documentary on him a little over a decade ago and I remember him saying that he was born into a family that was violent and they were also criminals. Danny was born with a heart of gold that his family members couldn’t understand, especially the men, more particularly his father. So they would tell him to do these bad things when he was a kid and if he didn’t he would brutally attacked and they would tell him things like to “man up” and “you think you’re better than us”. So he grew up being forced to live this life of crime out of safety.

I seen Danny Trejo help out a dog rescue. For me the very best video 💜 I ever seen of him best was when he was sharing his meal with this little Chihuahua. 💜🐕💜If I remember correctly the little dog was right up on the table where he had and shared his🍽 food with it. I wish I could find that video again.
